The room has a small balcony facing the garden and water view. The interior design is warm and well-equipped, clean and tidy, the sound insulation is good, the bedding quality is comfortable and I slept very well, from 5 to 6 p.m. There is also a special social time at the bar. 已經是第二次入住蘇州金普頓竹輝酒店了，去年來過一次，入住體驗非常好，今年水準一如既往的在～～非常滿意😀特別感謝賓客體驗部門的Rachel小姐姐，兩次來都幫我們安排的特別好，這次是帶狗狗來的，提前聯繫問了狗狗的照片和名字，細心的準備了狗狗歡迎卡，特別可愛☺️非常用心！房間衞生打掃的很乾凈，隔音也很好，準備了寵物用品，有狗碗、夏天的小涼蓆狗窩，便攜式水壺，還有寵物地圖～設施一應俱全，迷你吧飲品也是全部免費。寵物房都是在一樓帶個小院子，狗狗可以在院子裏玩耍，酒店的工作人員對寵物都非常友好，還有一衹拉布拉多店寵鎮店，每天在大堂營業，非常可愛！特色活動社交時光也不錯，可惜入住的那幾天人太多，不過Rachel貼心的幫我們打包了，非常感謝😊送的歡迎水果也很好吃，下次一定還會再帶狗狗來！
