The location is fantastic, right by Moon Bay Subway Station Exit 4. It's not far from Suzhou University and Xi'an Jiaotong-Liverpool University, and there's a beautiful church and a popular '网红一颗树' (internet-famous tree) nearby. The room has a separate wet and dry area, and it's clean and tidy. If you need anything, just order it through the mini-program on your phone, and a small robot will deliver it to you in no time. It can even bring your takeout right to your door. We booked a triple room, and the beds were huge – one 1.8m and one 1.5m. Plus, there's a free breakfast. Lovley hotel, large, clean, modern rooms, but the location is not the best or easiest to access. I arrived late, almost midnight, which I had already messaged the hotel about - The ladies on hotel reception were unfamiliar with checking in international guests (Checking visa, passport and taking copies), so checking in was slow and difficult, which is not required so late, as all I wanted to do was go to bed.

The breakfast was quite good, and the wonton noodles were a generous portion. It's very close to Shihu Scenic Area, and you can see the canal from outside the room. Good value for money. The service attitude was also good, excellent.

They had a really warm, welcoming crew. I arrived early, and they gladly assisted and checked if there were any rooms available for my team and me. Even though not all rooms were available at the same time, they offered us to rest in the available rooms first. When remaining rooms were available, they called to inform us and sent their friendly robot to deliver the other room cards. We had a wonderful experience and would recommend others to stay here as well

The trip was a last-minute decision, and we planned to climb Yushan Mountain. There was a premium during the National Day holiday. The hotel was quite old, the facilities were so-so, and the room was small; the 1.2-meter bed was a bit cramped. Breakfast was okay; food was replenished promptly, and the taste was acceptable. Yushan Mountain is beautiful; the trip was worthwhile.

Convenient for eating, drinking and having fun. Parking: Not very convenient, park in an underground parking lot nearby, and walk to the bridge, although it is not far. If you have a lot of luggage, it is definitely inconvenient. Breakfast: Go around 9 o'clock, many dishes and snacks are gone, and there are fewer varieties! And the restaurant is relatively small. Safety issues: The elevator does not need to swipe the room card to enter the floor. This is the first time I have seen it! There are safety hazards.

The hotel's location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk from Shilu metro station, making it convenient to get to all the attractions in Suzhou. There are plenty of dining options nearby, from Tianhong and Shangtang Street to the upscale MixC shopping mall. What's rare is how quiet the room is, allowing for a good night's rest. The cleanliness is also good, and the breakfast is decent.
