Hotels near Semir, Suzhou

We booked a king-size bed room, and the hotel upgraded it to a family suite for free. The room was very large, with a bed inside and outside, and a bathroom in each room. The room was very quiet, with excellent sound insulation, and a thick door. The reception service at the front desk was very good and gentle.

The environment is good, the location is OK, as soon as you get out of the subway station, you just forgot the headset, the service is ah ah ah ah, but the front desk also called, but it was too late,, can be replaced

The room is clean and tidy, the electrical appliances inside are really luxurious, especially the big electrician and automatic curtains, really good, the room is also very spacious, a good stay experience, next time you have the opportunity to come here

The hotel's sanitation and cleaning are good. The rooms are on the 4th to 6th floors. There are plenty of parking spaces around the underground garage. The first floor is surrounded by business districts, supermarkets, pastries, snacks, restaurants, fresh food, barbershops and stationery stores. The bathroom has hot water after 5 seconds of showering, which is comfortable. More importantly, if you walk across the road, there are villa areas on both sides, and 5 minutes later is the newly built ecological garden green belt by Yangcheng Lake, with a good environment. There are many people fishing on weekends, and white strips are 10 yuan per catty, which is worth buying. The hotel is willing to recommend, the price is affordable and quiet.

Great location, just outside subway station and across the street from Suzhou Central Mall. The staff was superb, particularly a young male staff (didn’t get his name) that tried his best to accomodate our request with a mix of English and Mandarin. Him alone made our stay 5 stars. The breakfast was a new experience to us with a chinese style breakfast. Room was big and comfortable. And there was a fountain show just outside the hotel every night. The only lacking parts was they don’t have coffee and spoon in the room (only tea)

Check-in was efficient. Our room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the shower was excellent. Moreover, we had a good selection of English language television channels to watch. Access to public transport is easy, as the subway station is very close, and there are share bicycles in the vicinity. My only complaint about the hotel was the duvet. Despite the air conditioning, it felt too hot with the duvet on. Staff should have put on summer duvets. Over all, however, we had a very good experience and recommend the Hilton.

If you’re looking for a perfect 4 star venue in the city centre then look no further! This place is a good bargain all round the year and even in peak seasons. I am going to split my review into sections so bare with me. 1) Rooms: The outdated the rooms need a serious paint jobs and the couch is quite “scratchy” material wise. Despite the interior eye sore, the flats are quite cosy with everything you need. Scenery wise , those who aren’t afraid of heights request the balcony rooms ! Maybe they don’t have the views of the shanghai centre shopping mall but the evening breeze did put me to sleep like a baby! Also the television was well packed with nostalgic movies , I really enjoyed the entertainment. Although the TV volume doesn’t go too loud , I guess it’s good respect to the neighbors some of who are long term tenants. 2) Service: Impeccable. The people here, although clearly overworked are so nice! The housekeepers are all so wonderful ! They were the ones who let me come back to a clean flat everyday , really it was a piece of home with a whole lot of help! For shampoos and conditioners and shower gel you would need to let the front desk know you need it, so please keep that in mind! 3) Breakfast: Just enough for survival , I’m quite particular about my tastes in food where the buffet options were too less and unfortunately not too tasty. But I was able to survive…I really hope they can fix this though cause the place although cheaper than others isn’t exactly cheap as well. If you want a good breakfast spread , you will be left heavily disappointed. There’s a lot of cost cutting the hotel group has done and it’s obvious…I hope Ascott takes this into consideration cause it’s not good to have better hotels around the world but keep smaller cities forgotten and tightly budgeted!! Suzhou is quite expensive than other cities due to the constant influx of tourists. I don’t usually write much for my reviews but In this case I seem to care after seeing the overworked hotel staff and the poor conditions around them. Come on Ascott do better. I initially was tempted to give a 3/5 review stars but it’s the people that pushed it up.

The hotel is 5 minutes away from a subway station. It’s quiet, clean and nice. The staff is friendly, polite and efficient. The water in shower is really hot. The facilities are fresh. I enjoyed my 2 days stay. Nice experience.

Environment: The book-themed hotel is indeed quite artistic. There are many small facilities to play in the lobby (Go, water writing posts, etc.), and there are three books in each room. There are also various landscape paintings on the glass door of the shower room. Service: The service is very friendly. The front desk guy who arrived quite late at night was also soft-spoken and comfortable. When leaving, he also took the initiative to ask if I wanted to take a few bottles of water. Facilities: The toilet in the bathroom is a smart toilet. The shower and the toilet are not separated by a curtain. Environment: The shower head is indeed a bit dirty. It is a bit patina, a bit disgusting, and there are unknown small insects flying. I brought my own hair dryer, the kind with strong wind. When I blew my hair, I blew down the dust that was not cleaned in some corner of the room. It fell and stuck to my arm, emmmm

The hotel is clean, spacious and bright. The front desk staff are very enthusiastic and the room attendants are also very friendly. The facilities are convenient and the self-service laundry room is also very convenient. It is especially convenient for me on a business trip. The main reason is that the room price is affordable and parking is convenient. I am very satisfied with my stay. ! I will stay here again next time I have the chance.
