This was a last minute booking for me and my friend as it was late and we were too tired to travel the long journey back home. So we decided to spend the night here. What a wonderful experience for us. This is my second time at this hotel and I love everything about it. The staff are so friendly, helpful and accommodating towards our needs at that hour of the day. Truly a wonderful place to stay. Breakfast was great as well and just what we needed to travel back home. Definitely a favourite hotel for me.

I like this hotel very much! The room, reception area, dining hall are super! Breakfast are varieties choices. The have free supper ie. Dumplings soup, unfortunately I can’t eat cos am vegetarian. The location close to metro station by 500m (5-10min) walk, 观前街just an opposite, walking distance 500m.

I recently stayed 1 night at this hotel, and I must say it exceeded my expectations in every way. The hotel itself is new, modern, and located in a very convenient area, making it easy to explore the surroundings. Pingjiang Road is very close to this hotel, as well as the Humble Administrator's Garden and the Museum. It's only a few hundred meters to the subway station, which is very convenient. I highly recommend it. There is free coffee and snacks downstairs, and the service is also very good. The lady at the front desk is super nice and considerate. Thank you again 🙏 Overall, the price-performance ratio is very high. I'm very satisfied. I recommend everyone to check in and come again next time you come to Suzhou! (In addition, if you can't get used to sweet Suzhou cuisine, there is a Chongqing Malatang downstairs that's not bad hahahahahahahahaha)

The location is very convenient, the hotel is quiet in a busy area, and the management is very attentive~ The hotel is not very old, and the facilities are relatively new The front desk also upgraded the room for free~ It was under construction, so it might be affected during the day, but it was fine at night

I highly recommend Yinxiang Yisu Inn! The location was excellent very conveniently located in 光前街. Lots of shops and food around. Very friendly staff and cozy room. Help to receive my taobao delivery and once i reached the place everything was consolidated and passed to me. The owner even came to greet me at my room and gave me a 糯米团 as snack. Also give me some 苏州攻略 since its my first time here. Very helpful! On my last day, he even personally helped me bring my luggage to the Didi car. Sucha wonderful stay!

Was upgraded to suite on non-smoking floor, although in the morning, I found a guest smoking in the lift lobby on non smoking floor. Nice hotel with restaurants in the building. Easy travel by Didi to Suzhou Train Station. Chinese breakfast.

The hotel is very nice. We are lucky to be upgraded to a suite with extra space. Staff are friendly and helpful. If I have to be picky, it’s not too close to the attractions of Suzhou. But with the excellent coverage of their online can order app, everywhere can be reached within 20mins under or around 20RMB, so it didn’t bother us too much. And just one thing, the live TV is weirdly with lagging as if the signals are from the internet. But if u don’t watch tv or do a smart device casting, it’s fine. (Just we were watching the French Open final so the picture lags were a bit disturbing lol) Overall it was very very nice :)

The room is large, clean, colorful and warm. There is a tea set, which is great. There is a sensor night light, which is great. There is a non-slip mat in the shower, which is great. The toilet has a disposable toilet seat, which is great. There is water and books at the elevator entrance, which is great. The lobby is spacious and bright, with a strong atmosphere of books. This is the first time I have taken the initiative to write a review for a hotel. I wonder who designed it. It is so delicate and so humane.
