Плюсы : Помпезный холл У мамы был др, прислали фрукты в номер. Приятно , благодарю! Минусы: Очень старый номер , пахнет, извините , мочой . Мы попросили что-то с этим сделать, нам вставили в розетку освежитель . Мы зашли в номер и от такого концентрированного аромата , у меня началась аллергия. Обратите внимание , что идет стройка набережной и в данном случае цена за вид номере неоправданна , так как вместо моря сваи и шум техники .

Пребывание в отеле оставило исключительно положительные эмоции. Останавливалась на 3 ночи на "длинных" февральских выходных. С момента заезда и до чек-аута была приятно удивлена приветливостью и доброжелательностью сотрудников отеля - и на ресепшене, и в баре, и горничных, и швейцаров. Номер 408 - уютный, достаточно просторный для одного человека. Мебель и сантехника, разумеется, не новые, но все выглядит ухоженно и опрятно. Хорошее постельное белье. В ресторане отеля - отличные завтраки (2 дня был шведский стол и 1 - по меню, с хорошим выбором). Очень приятно выпить бокал игристого за хорошее начало дня, любуясь морем. Буду рада в следующий раз снова остановиться в "Гранд Палас отеле" и с удовольствием порекомендую друзьям.

К сожалению, невозможно назвать отель 5 звезд. Совершенно не уважают своих гостей. Сейчас под окнами ведутся строительные работы с 8 утра до 21 вечера, постоянный шум и грохот. Об этом нет сообщений на сайте, и при бронировании гостей не информируют. Номер с балконом и видом на море превратился в камеру пыток. Променад закрыт до цветочных часов. Отель совершенно не имеет смысла. Старый, поношенный,видавший много чего,номера убогие. Завтраки? среднестатистические. СПА за дополнительную плату. 3 звезды, максимум.

Оценка чутка завышена, но это единственная "пятерка" в Светлогорске, да еще на берегу и с бассейном. С бронированием номеров затыка - популярность, несмотря на цены, зашкаливает. Было три варианта - "президентский" с какой-то совсем нереальной ценой, маленький с видом на море и средний(по-моему № 204) с видом на парк. Его мы и взяли на три дня. По отелю. Огрехи, конечно, имеются, но отель очень приличный, чутка пафосный. Номер хороший, убирают чисто. Единственно, что создавало немного проблем, это розетки. Их в номере немного и достать до них было непросто, все за мебелью. Кондиционер работал исправно. Персонал обучен, работает безупречно, уборка оставленные чаевые не берет. Завтраки качественные, сытные, шампанское подают, вид с террасы ресторана на СТО!!! Бассейн неплох, лежаки удобные, обслуживание ну бассейна качественное, напитки и еда при желании из пиццерии, что примыкает к бассейну. Парковка у отеля небольшая, машин на 9-10, расположена на заднем дворе. Вроде тесновато, но большинство постояльцев с "Большой земли" и, естественно, сейчас без машин, так что место всегда было. Ресторан при отеле порадовал вкусными и отлично оформленными блюдами. Цены, конечно, соответствуют качеству))) и несколько выше, чем в ближайших заведениях общепита. Но антураж, обслуживание и вид с террасы их(цены) оправдывают. В целом отель понравился и лишь цены слегка огорчают)))
