Visiting Gunzburg for a few days on business, I was booked into this hotel. I am used to large chain hotels, so I was reluctant at first. Know this, when you first visit the hotel if you've never been to the area can be confusing. There is not clear direction on where to park. (Please note that there is a parking garage right next to the hotel. Park there. The hotel validates your parking.) Now that I'm parked, the hotel staff is amazing at welcoming you. Everyone I dealt with spoke english quite well, and that was greatly appreciated as I spek very little German. The room is perfectly sized (for one person) and it's clean and comfortable. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was delicious and well stocked. The hotel is located just two blocks from the Gunzburg pedestrian street where you can find great little shops, fantastic restaurants, and some wonderful people watching. I really have no complaints about this property. This will be the place I stay when I return to Gunzburg. (Final note: this place is a short distance to Gunzburg's Legoland so there are ALWAYS kids running around. Thankfully, this wasn't an issue at all while I was there.)

A cheap and good opportunity to stay in Neu-Ulm. In 15-20 minutes is the Ulmer city centre walking distance.
The hotel's equipment is moderately spartanian,but it's enough for a short stay. It's also very clean in the rooms. We're always happy to come back.
If you arrive with the car, you can enjoy a lot of free parking on the Allgäuer Ring!

- stay in the sunshine station for a fair visit - cheap to reach by car, but due to the location in a business area restaurants and others are not accessible by foot - attractive clean rooms without tape floor - that is happy to Allergic - Every room has a balcony - the smoker is happy ;-) - Unfortunately no deskchair to work on the desk. On the seat that is available, you sit too deep to work on the desk. - Kiss and cover rather by the cheap variety. There is better! - Free minibar that is filled daily (beer, water, cola, juice) - Very good breakfast in the 5th floor with a very good selection. Other hotels can cut a dish! Eggs and omelets are prepared freshly on request and a delicious sauce/cheese/backware selection - unfortunately only Burgers, pizza, snacks and salads in the restaurant. These were good, though not exceptional - the service is trying to dine but overloaded - only one force for about 25 guests and in the kitchen probably only one person. - On one night we wanted to drink a drink at the bar in the EC. The spirituose selection was very desperate, but there was a Remy, unfortunately not much. The cognac was presented in a glass of a drink - an absolute NoGo! There's still a lot of air upstairs. - To staff: always friendly, without being impeccable. - Concluded: if it works better in the restaurant and bar, there's also 5 points next time.

Ein sehr schönes und sauberes Hotel. Schön eingerichtetes Zimmer mit einem sehr bequemen Bett, ausreichend großem Fernseher, schönem Bad mit allem was man braucht und einer kleinen Küchenzeile mit einem kleinem Waschbecken einen ausreichend großem Kühlschrank und einer Mikrowelle. Das Hotel liegt sehr außerhalb von Augsburgs Innenstadt welche sich aber mit dem Auto gut und schnell erreichen lässt. Dadurch das dass Hotel in einem Gewerbegebiet befindet ist es verhältnismäßig ruhig. Meiner Meinung nach fehlt in dem Zimmer ein Wasserkocher und das Zimmer könnte ruhig auch etwas öfter gereinigt können denn es wurde bei meinem Aufenthalt nur einmal gereinigt. Trotz dessen war es ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Ich kann es nur jedem empfehlen welcher ein günstiges Hotel sucht aber nicht auf Komfort verzichten möchte ist in diesem Hotel gut aufgehoben. Ich werde auf jeden fall wieder kommen.

New and modern but with a very professional staff (even if they look very young). Will certainly be back if I have to book a room in Augsburg. Wifi was regular and strong and the breakfast was to die for. It take 20 minutes to reach the Dome (city center) but the roads a quite and green.

We are on day 9 of being in Bavaria and I think our 5th or 6th hotel. This is by far the best and most comfortable. The bed is so awesome. The staff are welcoming. Two big drawbacks; no air conditioning and finding the actual hotel location. We arrived late at night, I had made a reservation and paid ahead of time. We were so frustrated at not being able to find the hotel we drove about 10 minutes away and were going to check into a Holiday Inn Express. The guy at the front desk there was sooooo sweet, when I told him we were unable to find the NinetyNine Hotel, he did everything but drive us to the front door. He printed off directions and told us exactly what to look for! It's located next to the Universitat Augsburg a sort of industrial area on the outskirts of town. When we woke up in the day time we realized the GPS had taken us right next to the hotel but there are no visible neon signs at night. I am really glad we wound up finding it. They hotel is big on sustainability and animal conservation and awareness. The decor is wonderfully strange yet welcoming with butterflies 🦋, monkeys, fish 🐟 and other animals all around. There is a full bar in the lobby, breakfast is available and a small refrigerator in the lobby with drinks for sale. Oh and it is located above the Rewe grocery store and you get access to the fitness center right next door. I absolutely recommend this hotel.

Very good location in the middle of the place, very good transport connection.
Renoved 3-Bett-Business-Zimmer. Very clean and conveniently equipped.
The soap container in the bathroom at the washing venue was unfortunately completely empty, so we had to take the shower gel out of the shower. We did not object to this, but only informed it when checking out.
A water cooker with instant coffee and/or tea would have been nice.
The breakfast was very delicious and rich.
The staff was courteous, but rather distant. We had forgotten to log in to breakfast two of our children who stayed elsewhere nearby. We ask to apologize for this many times, but especially our children were somewhat scared when the competent lady responded somewhat inappropriately to it in the breakfast room.
Unfortunately, the hotel was not bookable without breakfast, what we would otherwise have done. For our smallest who paid breakfast, the buffet is not worth it anyway, because it hardly eats anything. The ‘seam order' is not likely to have been seriously affected.
The next time we will avoid competing again. All was fine there a week ago.
However, a comparison was worth it.

All the guarantees that a Best Western chain offers...very kind staff, spacious rooms, very comfortable kitchen, excellent breakfast and private parking. Hotel overlooking a small town square, in total tranquility and a few kilometers from Augusta and other more important cities. Traveling by car, therefore not having the need to stay in larger cities, this is the perfect hotel!

Stopped for a night on my way to Austria (11/12.09). Very good location - close to downtown but quiet. Nice beer hall next door (as a hotel guest you get either coffee or shot of Schnaps on the house). Easy to park - directly underneath (7€ for 24 hours). Smooth and efficient check-in, the gentleman working there could easily work at a 5 star hotel. Rooms are the same as in all B&B but sufficient and, what is very important, have AC. Can’t fault anything, unbeatable for the price.

GGuest UserThis is the best hotel if you are planning to visit Castle of Neuschwanstein. Make sure you booke the main building. We booked the Jagerhaus by mistake. It is a seperate building just a few steps away but the decor is very old style and nothing like the modern ”MAIN” building. We were able to discuss with the front desk and upgrade for a small price to the main building. Breakfast was very nice in the main building.....another reason to stay there.....what you would expect from a boutique 5 star in the area.
The spa (pool and sauna) is fantastic. Amazing view of outside while enjoying either.

GGuest UserAn easy seven-minute walk from the train station is the comfortable and delightful Hotel Sonne Fussen. You will have to cross a two-lane road, but there are crosswalks at either end. There are actually two entrances. If you go to the right-side facing Sonne, there is a convenient door entering the hotel. The other door is on the people street of Reichenstrasse. In between the entrances are several smaller stores. There is a convenient parking garage in the lower floor. There is a room where you do have access to a washing machine and dryer found in the garage area. The reception staff, like the hotel, are friendly and accommodating. Don’t forget to ask for your “Fussen Card” which will give you a free bus ride up to Neuschwanstein and back. The busses are right by the train station. Our room was indeed very clean and pleasant. We had a balcony room facing the mountains. The only downside was the lack of privacy to one side. The balcony is nice though and we did use it The bed was large and comfortable. The bathroom was large enough. We did like the soft-carpet in the room. By the desk was a large picture of the library museum that was once in a Benedictine monastery and later became City Hall. If you have time, visiting that museum is well worth the money and time. Our two days at Sonne’s we elected not to have our room cleaned. A box of towels was kindly left at our front door. Sonne’s was the only hotel to do this in our month long journey through Bavaria. The hotel is decorated with interesting pieces of art. Some of the pieces could be in a movie. Breakfast is a highlight. The staff takes superb effort to make your breakfast most enjoyable. There are all sorts of items to choose from. You will not starve. I did like the sausages and croissants. Most people, if not all, come to Fussen for the castle. We found the village of Fussen to be a delight. Besides the monastery museum, there is Hohes castle close by and a doable walk to Lechfall. An Aldi’s is just down the street. We found walking the people streets brought real character to Fussen. We did enjoy the hotel’s restaurant for one meal. On a side street is a superb Asian restaurant called ‘Thuy Golden Stabchen.” They had the best shrimp. This was my first time in Munich, and decided to visit the beautiful village of Marktoberdorf, since I wanted to have an authentic Bavarian experience. Our friend who stayed there before recommend Hotel Greinwald to us. This was the highlight of our journey. We were greeted by the owners with a smile and we felt home immediately, they were so kind and care giving, the hotel was beautiful, and the food incredible, their homemade baked bread, pastry, and breakfast was incredible. the staff was super friendly and spoke very good English. We meet the manager Mr. Hiemer, he was fantastic and made sure we had and amazing stay, he recommend places to visit and took fantastic care of us. the room was beautiful , shower fantastic and the beds incredible, the place glows with kindness and warmth, is just a great place to stay. hands down this is one of the best hotels I ever stayed! I will be coming back!

岩岩渕彩菜This was the best hotel while I stayed in Germany. If you don’t mind walking it takes about 30min to fussen. At reception, I asked breakfast since I didn’t offer. If you don’t, you should. The buffet style was fascinating and we waitress asked me drink and egg. The coffee was served in a pot and boiled egg could choose hard or soft. The employee the hotel are all friendly and helpful. I planned to go to the castle so I asked to look after my luggage and consented willingly. It was my precious memory staying this hotel. Thank you. I’ll come back someday.

A very positive experience. The hotel is located in a very quite area in Lindau, however close to the island. It keeps what mentioned on their web pages: room is nice and well equipped, bathroom is ok with a large shower, breakfast is plentiful and rich of sweets and savory, with fresh fruits that are different every day. To see it's more a house than a hotel, and this makes a positive difference in my opinion, because it makes you feel almost at home. And breakfast in the veranda is a great way to start the day. I definitely recommend it.

GGuest UserWell the location is amazing!! You can walk anywhere from the hotel which is a bonus but you pay for that bonus too. It is expensive to stay here, the rooms are large and basically bare. Clean and only one pillow per person. To walk to the room took some time due to the largeness of the corridors - sometimes you think you need a map! Beds were ok, not the best not the worse! Buffet breakfast was very good, lots of options and good quality. Probably wouldn’t stay again would look around for a smaller more personable hotel. The underground parking under the hotel has limited, very limited parking in an extremely tight carpark took multiple turns to even get in! Would not recommend that but near the information centre there is a large well lit multi storey parking garage and open 24/7 and wasn’t expensive! The town is beautiful and well worth the visit.

DDaAnderWe chose this hotel as our base during a three-day bike tour and did not regret it. We got what is now rare, even a three-bed room. A family-run hotel where you feel well lifted. A service always pre-eminent, an excellent kitchen, cared beer and a breakfast buffet that doesn't leave any wishes open. And our bikes were allowed to stay in the garage. The Old Factory of the brewery ”Camba Bavaria” is located in a range of ranges with a real beer garden, as well as reading ”Craft Beer” specialities.

We have searched for and found a cheap accommodation on the journey to the holidays. Therefore we were ready to take off, which we had not to do here. nice, helpful, young crew at the reception. Clean, attractive room, facilities functional, fresh. Flattery air conditioning, which we have enjoyed in “monkey heat”. Breakfast ok, for the price called super( adults 10€/ children4€) All in all a fantastic price performance ratio!

GGuest UserExcellent location, just outside the main train station and walking distance to the Konigsplatz from where where most of the city is accessible through trams and buses. Checked in was quick, room was ok, though a small bathroom but fully functional with a heater of its own. Linen is changed once every four days as a routine. Breakfast was ok, covers most of the usual stuff. In all, a nice and convenient place to stay if you would be out most of the day.

Clean hotel, modern. Spacious room and easy parking. It is fine for 1 to 2 nights. The location is easy to get too and easy to reach the city. The staff were friendly and professional. The aircon worked well and the shower was good. Would recommend.
