Holiday Park Caravan Fluffy in Harts Holiday Park

we booked a caravan at Harts to take our 2 year old grandson away. we booked a 2 bedroom with decking for a 4 night stay. we did early check-in for an extra £15, we could arrive at 14:00. when we arrived we was welcomed to the site by welcoming reception staff. The caravan exceeded our expectations we had a lovely square decking with a gate, great outdoor furniture. The caravan was spotless, well done to the cleaners. we could not believe how clean the whole park was, very well maintained. Our friends who have a caravan on another park in Leysdown could not believe how spotless Harts was. we had a great holiday with our grandson and will return again next year.

Went for a 4 night mid week break. Booked a lodge. So glad I did perfect position facing fields ,lively quiet. This is a very big site , And I believe location is the key to a nice stay. The grounds lawns kept very clean and tidy, Now customer service at reception was great. My lodge veranda was covered in lits bird poo from overhead line ,and next to quiet fields I went to reception to mention and next morning a man was there with jet wash and thoroughly cleaned it So thankyou Do not be one off those people go home and moan . Ask and it was sorted. The lodge was very clean ,and I would return as came for a walking break .andots ramblers pathways near by

Took the children’s football team here for long weekend. It was an amazing stay, both the parents and children had a great time. The pool was good fun, and clubhouse and arcade too. Anthony (Tony) Hall one of the Senior Sales team was great at organising the bar areas, caravans and made our stay perfect and simple. Don’t hesitate in contacting Tony for your booking and caravan sales/purchases. 5 stars!

The park is very clean, caravan was comfortable, modern and tidy. We did not take part in the evening entertainment and kids clubs - so cannot comment on those. Swimming was very good and well coordinated. We travelled with 4 children for the weekend and the weather was disappointing so we ended up looking for the entertainment under the roof for all kids aged 6-11. We walked to the pottery barn and I can’t recommend it highly enough. Kieran has literally made our stay. He was so helpful, fun and really polite. We did pottery and wax hands. Contemplated Segway run - but the rain stopped us. All in all a lot of fun had by all. Great relaxing stay overall - the children were not bored for a second.

We were at Harts for the Spring Bank Holiday. We stayed in n a Gold Plus caravan which was far from its rating. The floor was absolutely dirty when we arrived. With a 17 month old baby crawling this was unacceptable. There was left over food in the cupboard from previous occupants and the shower room smelt of urine. The issues were addressed by a member of housekeeping coming with a mop after the manager came. He couldn't manage the mop he had and used a surface spray. A member of the maintenance team came to check the toilet and said it just needed a thorough clean. This didn't happen. The following day I had to go back to reception to report a dirty cooker hob and lack of doormat - it was really wet weather - stains on the sofa bed and duty freezer drawers. The mat was provided and the hob cleaned- the floor wasn't cleaned nor the toilet or the freezer drawers and the sofa bed still stained and the bedroom still smelt. We were only there for three days and going to reception twice in the week was upsetting our holiday particularly my 8 year old granddaughter. We weren't advised to prebook the swimming pool - despite enquiring twice if I needed to. We were unable to use the TV as WiFi wasn't 'strong enough' despite paying for it . Not helpful with two young children in wet weather. I should have paid more attention to more of the negative reviews and sadly now have to add to them.

Nice little break away from reality If you like a family / arcade / beach holiday with entertainment it is a great place. We went for a week as a big family and was very good for a short holiday somewhere that isn’t too far from home but far enough that it feels like you are away

Amazing as usual, event staff are always nice. Bar staff are also very nice. Shout out casie for being spectacular! Great singing voice, very nice and always a joy to have when she comes to our table. Always enjoy coming back to every season / every few months.

We've been here for 4 nights of 7. We've been served by Lou every night and she is absolutely amazing and a credit to your team. She is so personable despite how busy they are and remembered what we're drinking every time. She has really stood out to my family and I.

Brilliant fun and amazing place for the money all staff very friendly and helpful especially Tom at reception, he will have you giggling and smiling before your hoilday begins , already booking our next visit for September, caravan was lovely and clean and well equipped this was our second visit here perfect cheap little get away
