The family room is not big, but it is clean and tidy. The breakfast is simple, but there are only a few English-style dishes... You need to take bus No. 34 to get from the hotel to the center of Swansea. If you are late, there will be no more. The taxi is about 15 pounds. There is a beautiful lake next to the hotel.

We’ve stayed in this hotel lots of times but it now needs some refurbishing.
The areas all look tired including the bedroom and bathroom.
We had a superior room overlooking the lake but one window was completely steamed up blocking some of the view.
The toilet wouldn’t flush properly and the corridors are all scruffy.
Staff are very friendly and the breakfast is excellent. Lots of choice.
Parking is easy
So lots of good points. Just needs some TLC

I had a family outing in swansea and decided to stay at mercure. The staff was very friendly and the food was amazing. The rooms was very nice and clean when we fot there. Will definitely stay here again when I come visit swansea again. The location is also very good.

had a great stay at the hotel the staff was very friendly and the food was good the room was also very clean i would say this is one of the best hotels in swansea will definitely book a room again when i’m visiting swansea definitely recommend if you’re coming to swansea

Great service and food was delicious. Staff very friendly and welcoming, always there to help when needed Room was warm and spacious and breakfast was the best I've had in a long time. Will be returning soon. Free parking good gym are and hotel in a quiet location

This hotel is now one of my favourite place , the food here is excellent, very tasty , I am impressed with there plating also , restaurant was little crowded when we where there then also the service staff was very friendly and attentive, loved the dishes , highly recommend this place
