Hotel was very clean, well located and staff were communicative and helpful. The hotel is a little dated and there were minimal amenities in the room itself, but everything worked and functioned as expected. Only real complaint was the very small bed, but we slept well enough.

The room was very spacious and the service was also the best and the staff was so friendly too.

The picture on trip.com site is far different from the present state. Initially, we thought we've missed our way. Facility so old with minimal maintenance. Bird poo on the window, heater not working. Just a staff at a point so could not leave the reception to come check the radiator. Eventually someone came after an hour and we're given a mobile heater since the one in the room was not working.

Overall good but poor soundproofing

It is located in the heart of the city. Week days are perfect place with lots of people and activities. Weekend is like deserted area and night time a bit quiet. Convenient with restaurant at the lobby. Hotel room is average standard but the bed really needs to be upgraded. (Too soft) Well heated room. Toilet and shower standard and clean. The best is the convenient location with shopping centre and bus terminal nearby.

Very conveniently located right in the city center of Swansea. Banks and shopping malls are within minutes of walking distance.

The hotel is in a good location in the central area, but the facilities are too old, just like an ordinary small hotel, and the hygiene is not good. There are even lice on the bed. The small black spots bleed when you press them. It's too bad.

The hotel is very nice and convenient? Ha ha ha ha
