Service and breakfast is a 5 out of 5. The rest was not quite a 5. However, it was comfortable and clean, needs updates in room's bathroom.

Zeer aan te raden. Zowel qua ontvangst als verblijf zeer aangenaam, zowel de kamer, netjes en schoon, als het warme ontbijtbuffet. Zwembad niet gebruikt maar zag er goed uit.
Een positief maar schril contrast met de vestiging in Amarillo I-40. Dat was hierbij vergeleken een afknapper.

We were traveling because of a family emergency and needed a place to rest on our long journey. This place was perfect!! Friendly staff, clean and comfortable room, and exceptional breakfast!! I highly recommend this place to anyone that needs to rest their tired head!!

Room was comfortable and clean! Bathroom floor could have been cleaned in the corners better.
Biggest complaint is the outside. There were holes in the stucco by the stairs. A man hole cover next to the hotel was eat up with rust and had a lot of damage done to it. Our ice area was outside and the area around it was in need of. Good cleaning.
Staff were so sweet and enjoyable to visit with. Breakfast was fantastic! Bed were comfortable and everything worked.

Property was great. Room was good. Breakfast was great and the server was awesome. Beds were comfortable. My only complaint would be the maid service. We were there 5 days and asked for service once to get more towels and trash emptied. Maid did NOT clean room. She only put towels in bathroom and emptied cans. She did not even put trash bags in the cans. She didn’t make the beds, and actually had an attitude when I politely asked her for towels in the room. Staff at the front desk were sort of rude, except for the male worker who was wonderful. The older hispanic lady was rude twice. I had to wait for her the morning of checkout because she was over getting her breakfast. Then she was not polite at all. Acted like I inconvenced her.

In room amenities, such as the sink bed and countertops were nice. The toilet was very bad and had some sort of partial clog that made things difficult. The carpet and hallways outside of the room were dirty and very worn out. Very thin walls between rooms. disappointing after the reviews rated this at 8.4. That was not remotely close as it should be more like a five or six.
