Climate hotel in good location. Rooms large and clean. Unfortunately, there are pluses. Very ugly approach to the customer. During our 6-day stay, there was no swimming pool. After several approaches to meet the hotel manager, we were offered a 10% reduction in the price of stay (the standard offer was 5%, but no compensation was offered to everyone from talking to other guests). It is only a pity that the hotel decided to ”recover the loss” by reducing the quality of the services provided. During the next few days the breakfast buffet was significantly limited. Initially it was a lack of full grain bread, In the next few days there was no juice and warm milk. Last day, the breakfast offer was half (!) of what was reserved on the first day. I understand the savings, but this type of games only works against the property. The board decided to save ”smart games” by counting on the guests not to notice. We felt deceived and unfortunately, but after staying there was a bad taste. SPA was very weak. I used relaxing massage and unfortunately it was hard to call it massage. I didn't expect a therapeutic massage because I was aware that relaxation massage isn't about it, but 50 minutes of wiping on the oil body at the massage price is a little weak. the massage performer has no idea what she is doing, so you have painted the oil on your body. Moreover, there are no details that affect the nice stay in the SPA area. There is no choice of the smell of the oil for massage (it was not specified in the service ordered), a small towel to cover yourself during massage, no oil heating and towels. The small things that during this type of service are standard and the lack of which negatively affects the whole reception.

Trzy dniowy pobyt z rodziną to przyjemnie spędzony czas. Wyjazd z zamysłem narciarskim, ale niestety nie trafiliśmy w pogodę i tu na przeciw wyszły nam góry Izerskie oraz okoliczne atrakcje oraz sam Hotel. Jeżeli nie trafisz w pogodę zawsze możesz ”wytopić czas” w hotelu na basenie, siłowni, grach barowych (flippery, bilard itp) lub zwiedzając okoliczne atrakcje, które od hotelu są na prawdę blisko. Ogólne wrażenia bardzo dobre. Ocena: 1. Pokoje - 4 (czysto, ale odświeżanie nie zaszkodziło by. Rozmieszczenie łóżek chyba na siłę bo nie wiele miejsca do poruszania się w pokoju 4 osobowym. 2. Obsługa - 5 ( pracowita i bardzo miła oraz pomocna) 3. Posiłki - 6 ( doskonałe, tak szerokiego wyboru to jeszcze nie widziałem. Niesamowicie duży wybór i na śniadanie i na obiado-kolacje) 4. Atrakcje- 4,5 ( w zasadzie basen , siłownia, sauny, komory solne + gry nie ma co narzekać jak na klasę hotelu. Problemem tu są bardziej turyści którzy powinni wiedzieć, że w pewnych sektorach powinno stosować się odpowiednie zachowanie itp ) Podsumowanie: Jeżeli wróciłem z ferii zadowolony i z miłymi wspomnieniami to znaczy że warto było ( mimo złej pogody)
