check in was fast and easy with front desk staff being very friendly and helpful. Beds were great, very comfortable and well stocked. Breakfast was great with lots to eat if you aren’t fussy! breakfast room was clean and a staff member in attendance most of the time to keep tables cleared and cleaned. We only had a couple of problems, room was very small for 3 adult guests and we were out in a pet friendly room that did not smell great, nor did the whole first floor. My advice, don’t put guests without pets into pet friendly rooms please!!!

Disappointed
I don’t complain. In fact I hate complaining. For $140/ night (with tax) I expected more. The first day i had to all good more eggs and coffee. I'm not sure why, but only one of the beds was made in our room first morning and I thought that odd. The bathroom door was sticky- like hard to open and close. and there was issues with the outlets on the bedside lamp. I had all also asked for an extra blanket which i never did get.

The hotel rooms do need some attention. Such as the toilet seat in the bathroom being very loose to sit on and the air conditioning smelt very musty when on so we couldn’t use it so turned it off, dirty windows on inside are quite gross. They need cleaning as well as the tracks and frames and a paint job perhaps. Things like that that should be addressed to be cared for and checked for room for customer use. Also I was not able to check in or check out with the online service. It would not work. I had to wait to use desk at hotel. The people at the front desk said that happens to a lot of people.

Pool was nice, breakfast was decent. Room was clean. It just needs to be upgraded. As the bathroom door wouldn’t close properly and the plugs were a loose.

I got a runny nose while staying in the room. That went away when I left - also woke up middle of the night, with dry mouth, this did not happen at the other hotel I was at the previous 4 nights - so the air quality is bad here.
Kids liked the pool - it’s a good location - but the room was very humid, bedding was not great, bathroom lighting was convenient but not flattering, more options required here.
Staff was helpful - willing to help and honestly, that’s very important, good people :)
