Great
CClarisa624The city view was the best part, we got picked up from the hotel for a day tour. Tour guide said we’re in the new buildings area but it’s still unsafe at night so don’t go walking around, but the hotel itself was five to ten minutes from everything else, in the day we did walk around and felt safe, the park is right next to it which was nice to see and of course the stadium, cleanliness and guest services were great accommodating, we had our anniversary dinner at their restaurant and it had great views but service was slow and food was only okay, could’ve/should’ve eaten somewhere else, the best part was the pool on the highest floor, the top four floors were apartments, but the pool is on the highest of their floor, the jacuzzi wasn’t warmed and they warmed us that it wasn’t, but the pool itself was nice to swim in, stayed there for a little over an hour before going to dinner, would definitely go book again
GGuest UserIt is a truly special place. But it is not a 5 star as claimed, its just a 4 star and just for minor things that cheapen the experience. One thing that irked me is that they have a coffee machine in the room but one has to go downstairs and buy pods for $1.50 each. This is cheap, small TV, channel guide is not accurate or changed. Having a price list for said breakfast items as simple as oatmeal is also ludicrous and takes away from what should be exceptional for 5 stars
the ambiance is wonderful as you feel as if you are staying in an art museum. Will stay again but do not expect a 5 star hotel. exceptional for
SSally JaneLovely place but confusing to find your way around. I arrived after midnight and no porter to show the way. Great breakfast but coffee machine in my room not working!
GGuest UserIn fact, there is no 5-star standard. The appearance of the hotel and the room is good, but it is too old and the room has a smell. The breakfast is not bad, there are many choices, the swimming pool is very beautiful, the garden also has a tropical style, and the birds are singing and the flowers are fragrant. It is very convenient to go to the city center by taxi. The customer service can help you call a taxi, and the price can be negotiated. Generally, it costs more than 10 dollars to go to the city center. The hotel has a free airport shuttle, but you need to make an appointment in advance. If there are many people, it is convenient to take a taxi. The hotel shuttle bus runs every hour.
GGuest UserThe hotel is located in the city center, very easy to find, and it takes less than 10 minutes to take a taxi to China Street. Hotel facilities are also relatively new, it is worth mentioning that the scenery outside the window is very good!
The downside is that there are fewer types of breakfast and the WiFi speed is average.
RRenhejunchengThe hotel is nice, the breakfast is OK, the hotel is very quiet, there is a convenience store in the lobby, it is not as grand as the Crowne Plaza Hotel in China, but I heard from customers that this hotel is relatively good locally.
CCHENGLIBreakfast is OK, you can choose local food / American or fruit breakfast; the bath facilities in the room are not good, the bath pool is slow; the service is not enough, the bottled water that is welcome to stay is also not available, it needs to be charged, each bottle 3.5 US dollars seems.
GGuest UserBook only one night needed to be closed to the airport prior to leaving Costa Rica. I arrived too early to check in so I left my backpack in the storage and went sightseeing. Rooms were cleaned however my issues was with the cleanliness of the bathrooms I wish they were cleaner . Shower’s didn’t have any hooks or shelves and I didn’t have anywhere to but my stuff other then the floor. I found a very cockroach in the shower which was also gross. Bathrooms could definitely be cleaner and furniture could be less broken done. Definitely more on the budget friendly side.
JJJin87The hotel is a lot smaller than the pictures. The room is also small but has great shower and comfortable beds. There is no free parking, the reception will provide a voucher and you need to pay $7 to park next door. The hotel location is awesome, you can walk to most of the attractions. Breakfast buffet is great.
