"My friends and I chose Bolton Hotel for our Jeju Island vacation, and it turned out to be a brilliant decision. Every aspect, from check-in to check-out, made us feel comfortable and well taken care of.
The hotel's downtown location is incredibly convenient, offering easy access to both the airport and major attractions. The surroundings are quiet, ensuring a good night's sleep.
Our room was impeccably clean and felt very cozy. The bedding was exceptionally comfortable and springy, and the room felt slightly larger than described. The bathroom was very spacious with a separate wet and dry area, all the facilities were new, and there was plenty of hot water. The free Wi-Fi was also very fast. The three of us girls stayed in a family twin room and never felt cramped at all.
However, the staff truly deserve the highest praise! The front desk personnel could communicate fluently in both Chinese and English, were incredibly friendly, and always ready to answer any questions. Our room was also cleaned promptly and meticulously every day.
If I visit Jeju Island again, I will definitely choose this hotel once more. I highly recommend it to all my friends coming to Jeju!"

GGuest UserThis is my Nth time in Jeju. I have stayed in many B&Bs and was amazed by Allegra. The environment is quiet and private, and the whole space is full of design. The room is tidy and clean, with complete facilities and great details! The host is considerate and always responds to requests. It is very comfortable to stay.

KKesavan (K7)I stayed one night at Jeju Ollero, but it felt like three days of pure relaxation. The location is excellent—close to restaurants, cafés, and the scenic promenade.
The lounge window offers stunning views of the calm, deep-blue ocean, and the coffee shop next door was the perfect spot to soak in the ambience. Even more interesting for me as a royalist was to be greeted by Queen Elizabeth II memorabilia. 🥰
Mr. Yun and his family were exceptionally welcoming and even allowed me a late checkout at a small cost. I highly recommend this homestay and will definitely return on my next visit to Jeju.

ふふみまろ旅This is a wonderful villa.
Although it is away from the downtown area, it is a quiet and perfect place to enjoy a vacation.
The ceilings are high and open, the interior is tasteful, the refrigerator is large, and the kitchen and living room are both spacious.
It was a completely different space from a hotel, and we were able to fully enjoy our Jeju resort.
We are grateful for the owner's hospitality and consideration.
Thank you for all your support during our stay.
We would like to stay here again when we visit Jeju!

HHeisen huangThe room was very clean and in a good location. I didn't stay in a room with an ocean view this time, but the room opposite should be facing the ocean. The hotel is right on the beach and there is a good cafe next to it for breakfast. Many people are running in the morning. It only takes ten minutes to walk to Dongmen Market. It is also very close to Pork Street. There is a parking lot in the basement and a gym on the first floor. The swimming pool is not suitable for use until 3 pm.

AAnonymous UserDo not get taken in by the photo. When we arrived, we were so shocked by how old the place looks compared to the picture. The lobby was empty, there's no one by the door at anytime, only the receptionist and they barely acknowledge you till you queue and reach them. They are not fluent in English or Chinese, barely able to communicate at all, till google translate. The room looks like the picture but doesn't look like the picture as well, everything is in the right place but it looks nothing like the pictures. Way less bright, way less glam, and everything is broken literally. Our tap is faulty, it's a struggle to use the basin everyday. The curtain fell and was lying on the floor. The hook for your towel is broken and dangling. The charging socket is broken and can't charge. The shower leaks water even if you're not using then rain shower. And they only allow request of additional 2 bottles of water. Mini bar is fully chargeable. There is no smart TV or any phone screen mimicking, so the TV is useless. You want to pull the curtains? Gotta climb up the tub and walk on it and pull. All in all, very disappointing and not worth my money. It is considered affordable but tbh you could do better. I would've booked another hotel instantly if this was refundable 5 mins inside the room. 3 out of 10 for me.

GGuest UserI had a great time enjoying the winter sea! The location is perfect—right along the coastal road of Woljeong-ri Beach, making it quiet yet just a few minutes walk from the Woljeong-ri cafe street. The view is amazing and this is one of the best spots to stay.
Since it’s winter, the beach is peaceful, but the cafés are all open, and there are plenty of great restaurants nearby, so you can have a great time without going far. The hotel also provides breakfast, and while the pool isn’t open in winter, just having barbecue and beer while looking at the ocean gives a strong vacation vibe.
I visited the east coast quite a lot but i still prefer it over the west. I’d love to come back to Woljeong, Handong, and Gimnyeong again!

We booked a poolside room, and having direct access to the pool right outside our door was perfect for the kids, who had a blast playing there for two whole days. Breakfast was included, and the selection was decent. The only minor downside was that the room was a little on the small side. A significant inconvenience was that the hotel didn't offer lunch or dinner, and there were no à la carte options available. Furthermore, the ground-floor dining area only opened at 5 PM, which meant we constantly had to go out to find food. This was truly the only major drawback of our stay.

GGuest UserI am writing to express my deep disappointment and dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel, Seoubong Beach Hotel from Sept 23-26. While I had initially looked forward to a pleasant experience, I regret to inform you that the behavior and attitude of some of your staff members were awful.
During check in the behaviour of your staff Kelly Oh to be discourteous and unprofessional. She was very rude. We booked and paid the room for 3 adults she asked us extra charge and could not explain for what we need to pay extra 30000 Won. She was very rude and almost kicked us out. I believe it is essential to bring these incidents to your attention so that you can take the necessary steps to rectify them.
On Sept 24, during breakfast at your hotel's restaurant, I had a regrettable encounter with a member of your waitstaff. She rudely with a loud voice said to go out from the restaurant without waiting for our finishing the breakfast at 10:05 am. I have never seen in any hotel this kind of unprofessional attitude from staff members.
I kindly request that you investigate these incidents and take appropriate action to address the behavior of the staff involved. Additionally, I hope that you will consider implementing further training and measures to ensure that such instances do not recur in the future.
I value the importance of constructive feedback and hope that my concerns are taken seriously. I look forward to hearing from you regarding the actions taken to rectify these issues. If my concerns are not adequately addressed, I may have no choice but to share my negative experience through online reviews and social media platforms, which I would prefer to avoid.
I trust that you will handle this matter promptly and professionally. Thank you for your attention to my concerns.

Big room, good for family or group. stayed in February so its cold and chilly, hardly spent time outside. Its very quiet, nice to chill and relax, away from the noise and chaos of city living.
