It was an amazing stay in Dusit Thani. Their breakfast have good variety everyday. If you request for bacon they will make one for you. The staff are very accomodating and i like how they greet the guests all the time. The spa is amazing very relaxing and the gym is clean and open 24/7. Pool is nice. We got the nice view from the 5th floor. Everyone is super mabait and amazing from the guards to reception, to staff and housekeeping. Will recommend this hotel to my friends who will visit Davao

I went with sister and friend. And we are please with service and location is in the center. The breakfast buffet was excellent, different variety every day. 24 hour front desk personnel and security are a plus. I recommend this hotel.

From the moment we arrived at Dusit Thani Residence Davao, we felt welcomed and well-taken care of. The lobby, though modest in size, exuded a calm charm and the check-in process was smooth. We were greeted warmly by staff who treated us with genuine hospitality — their attentiveness set the tone for our entire stay. Many previous guests also praised the staff’s politeness and readiness to help.  We stayed in a studio apartment, and it was nothing short of comfortable. The room came with a kitchenette, a coffee/tea maker, minibar, and free WiFi — extremely convenient whether you’re staying briefly or planning a longer stay.  The modern fittings and thoughtful layout made it easy to relax or be productive: there was enough space to move around, and everything was clean and well-kept. Cleanliness, indeed, stood out during our stay — a point frequently echoed by other guests.  One of the highlights was the leisure amenities. We took full advantage of the outdoor swimming pool — a serene little oasis perfect for a morning dip or evening unwind. We arrived a bit late on our first night and were accommodated poorly. After a long day of travel, we encountered several issues with our room arrangements. I had booked two rooms, expecting them to be close to each other, but that was not the case. As a family travelling together, we requested to have our rooms swapped to be nearer, yet we were only allowed to add an extra bed. This was not ideal, especially since my mom couldn't stay alone in a room meant for 6 to 8 people, which I had already paid for. When I spoke to the front desk, who I believe was the manager on duty at the time, her tone was unpleasing and lacked empathy for us as guests. It was a disappointing negotiation. We also discussed issues with the internet connection, and she seemed unyielding, suggesting that nothing could be done except to pay for a data plan, for which they would provide a modem. Having stayed at many hotels and being a hotel manager, I can clearly say that our service was inadequate.

I like the standard room, it' s good for 2 persons although the leg room is quite limited but over all it is ok. The place is serene and calm, it is ideal for middle aged and persons who like a quiet place to stay. And to top it all, there is a huge park outside where you can jog early in the morning or in the afternoon. I like the experience

Beautiful place to stay with a great location. Clean rooms and friendly staff. The swimming  pool was refreshing and clean. Food’s was great as well. Can’t wait to comeback.

Great. Value for money. Clean and friendly staff. However i am having a hard time contacting them through their mobile number but the rest are okay.

The location is great, close to everything, but the main issue is their checkout time. It's only until 10 AM, even though it said 12 PM on ***********. Then, you're suddenly hit with a 398 cleaner's fee, which wasn't mentioned on *********** either. You also have to pay a 1K deposit, and when you get there, you have to wait for the owner's confirmation. If I had known all this, I would have just booked a hotel directly, where you don't have to pay a cleaner's fee.
