This third floor walk up (so be aware there are stairs as it is on the top floor and the building is lifted - great views but lots of stairs!) has ocean views, beach access and an oceanfront pool. It is the perfect spot for YOUR vacation. Quick onsite little walk to have your toes in the sand!'Dune't Worry, Beach Happy' is a newly renovated third floor condo that contains 1 King bed in the master bedroom, two bunk beds in a cozy nook and a full sized convertible sofa in the living room. With two full baths (both walk in showers), a fully functioning kitchen and a large balcony with views of the ocean, Dune't Worry, Beach Happy will quickly become your family's favorite getaway spot. Amenities to include wireless internet, a mounted 50" TV in the living room and another smart TV in the bedroom (both will play your accounts on Netflix, Hulu, Youtube, etc. accounts), an oven/range, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and most importantly a coffee maker and a blender!Everyone will be able to enjoy the ocean front pool, tennis courts, basketball court, playground, outdoor showers, and gazebos. Charcoal grills and picnic tables near the pool will help to make this vacation one you won’t soon forget!'Dune't Worry, Beach Happy' is located just minutes away from the quaint area of downtown Duck. Once there you will find some of the Outer Banks’ best restaurants and shops and sound side boardwalk. About this spaceNanDUCKet is our bay and beach home, that is the perfect place for you and yours to getaway. The condo is three bedroom and two bath, with a view of the bay and walkable to the beach! The Nantucket Community offers an indoor heated pool, tennis courts, fishing dock, boat ramp access, and of course all that the town of Duck, NC has to offer.The spaceWalk up a couple flights of stairs to your top level condo with bay/sound views!As you enter you go to the left to access full kitchen and dining table. Bear to the right for a full hall bath, laundry room, and queen bedroom. As you come in if you continue to walk straight pass the kitchen you will lead into the living room with vaulted ceilings and primary king bedroom with attached full remodeled bathroom in 2023. Spacious tile shower with multiple head shower assembly for a spa like experience. The primary bedroom does have a large slider that leads out onto the large deck with water views and high-top table - the perfect place to start and end your day! There is a single flight of stairs inside that leads up to a nice third bedroom with two twin beds and again more vaulted ceiling! At ground level is the garage that is accessible to our guests - great spot for you to store your own beach goods, water toys, etc.Guest accessWe do have a couple kayaks for your use with kayack roller so you may take them down to the sound for easy water access at your own risk (lifevests and paddles provided). What that means is that we keep everything updated and include free amenities the whole family can enjoy. You will arrive to a kitchen with all the appliances you need. The silverware, dinnerware, and utensils are renewed each season so you can enjoy meals with your family as you would at home. The shed is stocked with everything you need to enjoy the beach and the sound including but not limited to chairs, umbrellas, kayaks, bikes, and boogie boards. You do not have to haul things here from home or pay for additional rentals and purchases. It is all already here for you so you can simply relax and enjoy.After all the years we’ve been coming to the outer banks, we believe we found the perfect waterfront vacation spot and our guests have told us time and time again that they love it here and that we are by far the best value for waterfront accommodations in Duck.
