Nice hotel and good rooms. Breakfast is good. However, the televisions in the rooms are poorly programmed and hotel information is difficult to access. Free access to the aqua park for one hour a day. Overall recommended.

As always, a successful stay. All the employees at the reception are very helpful - also in German, the breakfast is great and the rooms and the view are of course a highlight. Unfortunately, the rooms facing the parking lot are a bit less charming. Otherwise always recommended!

I'm a platinum member, and wondering why they are so different/bad from other Hilton hotels. We arrived to our room...... 1.Balcony open, a lot of water inside room because of that. 2.No bathrobes 3. No shower gel Hilton "fixed" that after a couple of hours. 4.Oops, they installed skinlotion in the shower, instead of shower gel, 😂 5. The bedclothes are old and washed out of cotton, only synthetic material left. 6.Our second room was flooded last day by failure of the air-condition Aqua park: Don't expect the life guards to check your children. They are watching/looking on their mobiles, not at the guests. The front office manager, explained that she was not responsible for Aquapark and house keeping, so that's it. That is very serious, and would be a really concern for the managment. Radisson, aqua park and Hilton are in the same franchise company, and that means maybe the lack of experience and problems. They (front office manager) offered some compensation, but we never agreed. Hilton should do a really good inspection, to validate that they can be a Hilton franchise,without destroying their brand name.

It is very sad to read about the bad experience you described especially as I am fully aware of the incident you described as I had the opportunity to speak to you directly at the hotel during your stay. Once any of the issues mentioned were reported, our staff (Front Office, Housekeeping Managers and Engineers) took immediate action to ensure that all detailed items were reported and working correctly. Regarding the dripping air conditioning in one of the rooms, the night receptionist suggested changing the room for your safety and comfort, but you chose not to change. At the final stage, when we spoke at reception during check-out, I offered to compensate you for the unpleasantness, given the situation from last night with the dripping air-conditioning in room 505. As compensation, the entire cost of the car park was deducted from your bill, i.e. PLN 360, which was equivalent to 10% of the booking value of that room. As far as I remember, the compensation at the end was misunderstood, but by then it had been agreed. I am sorry to hear that I did not meet your expectations. I would like you to know that the comfort and satisfaction of our guests is and always will be our priority. As we are always looking to improve, please be advised that we take your feedback very seriously and will work to improve. Nearly perfect hotel. New, clean, modern, cleverly done. With huge wellness area, cool hot bathtubs on the terrace and directly connected to aquapark, that is free for hotel guests. As a Diamond HH member I got with no question asked upgrade to sea view suite, which was decently sized and had a nice balcony with a sea view. Also is very pleasant a fact, that you can enjoy one of three good restaurants and snooker with a bowling is there too. Only glitch is a gym, which is very poorly equipped and if you take gym seriously, you will not be happy with this one, that needs improvement !

The hotel is nice, clean. Unfortunately, the service and food is equivalent to 3, maximum 4 stars. Dinners were not very good, small choice of dishes, food was not very tasty. Drinks have to be paid immediately after dinner, which is very unusual for a 5 star hotel. It is not possible to pay cash in Euros. No bathrobes in the room, even though it is a hotel with a spa. The staff is frowning and not very helpful. When asked what to see in the city, we were given a map with the explanation that the sights are described on it, we have to choose according to the description.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for one night only, but enjoyed the time we had at this hotel. Our hotel room had an amazing view over the beach. All the rooms are quite new and well equipped. The selection at the breakfast buffet could be a little more vegan friendly, but I’m not sure if there’s a high demand for it. All the staff we’ve encountered was very friendly. The ladies from the front desk (thanks to Zenata and Grazyna for the lovely check in and for helping me out with all the questions), the waiters at the buffet restaurant and the gentleman at the bar..everyone was so polite. We will come back!

We spent 3 wonderful days at Hilton Swinoujscie. Everything was just perfect from arrival till leaving. Nothing to complain. We checked-in online via Hilton Honors App so we could chose a room based on our preferences. Staff and Service was amazing all around. Hilton Spa, Gastro, Gym are all TOP. Location-wise one can not really offer much more. The Baltic Sea is approx. 80m away? Dining is amazing day and night. Variety, quality, proportions… Massages are just simply whao in the Spa. Aquapark access especially after 8pm is a unique advantage for the guests as there is hardly anyone. Sauna area is also superb. Gym has complimentary water still, and sparkling. Really nice. Room and Bath were perfectly cleaned and put in order by the precise Cleaning ladies! The interior design is amazingly thoughtfully created. The colors, the lighting, the elements, textures, materials… Gated underground parking. We will be 200% come back regularly!
