We stay here eight days. Main reason was healthly treatment program in nice environment. The target is achieved and we get very good holiday. Staff is very friendly and the dinner every day surprice us in nice way. Many German old people you should realize that stay in this hotel as well. Only one thing could be better - lift algorythm because in some time waiting time is too long

We booked the hotel online at Check24. The hotel is close to the city centre. (10 minutes walk). The beach is about 15-20 min walk. The hotel is modern and the rooms are conveniently furnished. We had a standard double room. The room was also modernly furnished. Unfortunately there is no barrier to stack things only 4 sheets. Not suitable for a long stay. Breakfast was good and as standardized in most hotel chains. The rooms in the breakfast room are too little when full coating. Waiting times are not to be avoided. Overall the hotel is recommended. The only thing that personally disturbed me was the non-compliance with Corona rules on masks duty. Although paintings were all over and I believe they still apply in Poland. More than half of all guests did not wear a mask, especially at the buffet, that wasn't all right. And the staff did not do anything. Damn. I found strange also the arrangement that I had to tell at the reception if my room was to be cleaned. For example, in other hotels there is a ticket for the bar if you don't let the room clean.

In general hotel is very good. It has clean , spacious, modern rooms. I was surprised not having options „Please dont clean my room”which is available in other hotels already. We can use our towels more than once right? Food was also ok however there was extreamly crowdy during breakfast. It was such a noise in the restaurant that there was no chance to enjoy your meal. What disappointed me the most was service. It happened for the first time. We wanted to enjoy a coffee on the 13-th or 14-th floor in sea view cafe when waiter, young tall man, said to us in impolite way “ next time ask if you can move the chair before doing it. It is not allowed to do so. If you want to eat anything you can’t sit here but at a different table” we were shocked by his behavior! It was said in a rude way and we simply felt like uninvited guests. We left the caffeine without drinking anything. In my opinion, 5 stars hotel can’t afford to hire such staff. It damages its reputation. We also had similar situation on the reception desk - lady made us feel like stupid when she could not answer our questions. I was a guest of Hilton hotel which belongs to the same owner and is located near Radisson. I would come back to Hilton. Radisson disappointed me offering service like in average , poor hotel. Too much visitors made them feel so comfortable in beeing not nice to guests. It was not a rule - when we asked lady who’s name was Karolina she explained everything in 2 minutes with smile. If someone doesn’t like his/her job should not do it. I hope owner will consider this and invest in trainings for his staff.

The hotel is clean, the bathroom is also. The floor cover in the room could sometimes tolerate a general cleaning. But there are always holidaymakers who do not respect the property of others. Under the motto: isn't my tape, so I don't need to prepare. The food was enough and good. Some guardians were muffy, hands in their pockets and just not move so fast. The treatments were excellent and consistent with the health of the guests. Despite these small shortcomings, we are happy to come back.

+ good staff at reception + staff speaks German + room was clean + bicycles to rent at charge - (but came down u to enjoy with caution) - (child seat has no inlay, Child sits on the hard top plastic) + Pool + varied breakfast - But: too little room for guests + parking places for charge - Children grid bed only for charge (We have been prepared a bed sofa for our 3j child, but there would have fallen out) ->We just put the mattress on the floor <- - rooms in the courtyard at night too loud at open window - no air conditioning I personally find the location to the beach too far (foot with child u baggage)
