Premier Inn Stoke/Trentham Gardens

While the rooms were clean, the bar was sticky as were the tables. The cigarette bins weren’t emptied and one consequently caught on fire. The fire was put out but the bins remained full. Clean the bar and tables as everyone was talking about how sticky everything was. Other than that, great staff, clean room. Trentham Gardens right opposite the hotel is beautiful and definitely worth a visit.

Nice big room, great air con. Good internet connection, good walk in shower. Nice staff, super comfy bed, quiet room with good sound isolation, very clean (though in some need of decorating). Breakfast was poor - half of the usual premier inn breakfast items were missing and no explanation provided. I stayed on business with a bb rate but if I paid for breakfast separately I’d had asked for a 50% refund as 50% of the items were missing!

We chose to stay at Premier inn Trentham Gardens because it was a convenient location for our needs. The room was large and clean. We decided to order food to eat in our room after a busy day. There is no phone in the room so you have to go down to the restaurant. The lady told me that I would need to come back down to order food in 20 minutes time she couldn’t put the order through to the kitchen straight away. I went back down at the appointed time placed my order and waited around 25 minutes for it, when it was brought out the meal was presented on 2 large trays that had to be carried up to the second floor. Luckily my husband was with me otherwise there was no way I could have carried both trays of food, it was most embarrassing carrying it through reception opening doors and travelling on the lift. I presumed the food would come in boxes. The next morning we found there was only one towel in the room, which was very annoying, and meant having to go down to reception if you wanted another one.

Lovely clean hotel. Great location for shopping and Alton Towers. Lots to do and great value for money.

A perfect setting in the beautiful Trentham Gardens. Staff great, room and food very good. It’s nice to have a later check out than most hotels I’ve stayed in.

Excellent location for Trentham Gardens and garden centre. Also lots of interesting retail outlets within walking distance. Brilliant customer service at reception and in restaurant.

Very nice hotel and staff.rooms needed updating as there wasn’t any drawers or telephone.food was fine price fare.

We had a great 2 night break at Trentham Premier Inn. Idealy located for the gardens, shopping and garden centre. It was clean and the staff were welcoming x the meal deal was great value.
