The front desk staff on the first floor were very friendly, and luggage storage was very convenient. The G lobby on the ninth floor has a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The hotel's location is excellent, with great transportation access and amenities nearby. However, the gym is a bit small and gets very crowded daily, making the workout experience less than ideal. Also, despite requesting a high-floor room before check-in and being a Trip.com Diamond member, I was assigned a room on the 13th floor with no view, which was disappointing. Additionally, the spa and pool are on the 10th floor, but their operating hours are quite short. I wasn't able to find time to experience them during my stay, which was a shame. Overall, it was a good stay, but it would be even better if room assignments and the flexibility of leisure facility usage could be improved.

Revisiting this hotel after 2 years! The location is incredibly lively and convenient. The room was clean and tidy, and the service was excellent. This time, I stayed in a room with a view, and Sydney Tower was right outside my window. Highly recommended!

There's a supermarket and liquor store nearby, as well as trams and various shopping malls – this was truly the best accommodation! I stayed at the Four Seasons for the first 3 days, but Swissôtel felt even more perfect in terms of location. Highly recommended!

The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The small bar on the eighth floor is a hidden gem for both dining and drinks.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, right in the bustling heart of the city. Many attractions are within walking distance, including Hyde Park, and you can easily reach the Sydney Opera House on foot or by public transport. The breakfast selection is incredibly diverse, and they even offer coffee in disposable cups to take away, plus a wide variety of fresh fruit. Check-in was handled in a very friendly and professional manner, and it was super fast. Compared to other hotels and apartments during our Australia trip, this one offered exceptional value for money. The bed was also very large, making it quite family-friendly. After checking out, we realized our child's plush toy was left behind. When we returned, the staff were incredibly friendly and patient, helping us find it and even packing it up for us. All in all, you can't go wrong choosing this hotel for your Sydney stay, but I'd recommend booking about a month in advance for the best rates.

This is my second stay here, and I absolutely love this hotel. It's right in the city center, surrounded by tons of shops, restaurants, and tourist attractions. Darling Harbour and the Sydney Opera House are within walking distance. An Uber to the airport or Taronga Zoo is only about $30, which is great. They even sent birthday wishes when they found out it was my daughter's birthday!
