The Grace Hotel

The hotel room was comfortable and cleaned daily. The surrounding area offers convenient transportation, with a shopping street just a few minutes' walk away. The mini-fridge in the room was stocked daily with complimentary water and drinks. The front desk staff were friendly and allowed us to check in early.

The hotel's location is excellent; it's within walking distance to Chinatown, Circular Quay, Hyde Park, and the Fish Market. I stayed for three days and walked to many places. There's a great Thai restaurant near Chinatown with delicious pork blood noodles! The room was very clean and comfortable, and the hotel staff were polite. However, I didn't spend much time in the room, so I didn't get to experience many other services. The only downside is that parking at the front entrance is a bit difficult due to its prime location.

The biggest plus of this hotel is the daily minibar. It's replenished daily with mineral water, sparkling water, milk, Coke, and juice. In the mornings, someone even proactively asks if you need more complimentary mineral water. The front desk service was decent and straightforward. Room service was also quite good. The location is a bit far from the main transportation hub, but there are so many shops along the way that the walk doesn't feel long or boring. It's in a bustling commercial area, making shopping and dining very convenient.

Sydney is beautiful, and the hotel is super convenient. Right downstairs are flagship stores of major brands and the tram district. You can walk to pretty much anywhere you want to go, which is an amazing feeling.

The room was spacious and clean, with more than enough space to open two large suitcases. The hotel's location near the CBD was great for exploring. I'd definitely stay here again on my next visit.
