The staff at the front desk was so incredibly welcoming and efficient. They accommodated our request with a warm smile, making us feel right at home!

The hotel's location is excellent, right by QVB and Town Hall metro station. It's also quite clean, and the staff are friendly. The only downside is the poor soundproofing; you can hear the water running from the room above. Overall, it offers good value for money.

The location is unbeatable right in the heart of Sydney. You get the best bus line and train station right in front, yet it’s quite at night. I had really good rest and experience.

Excellent location just a couple mins walk from Town Hall station. Also has a Woolworth conveniently nearby and QVB is just across the road. Room was clean, room service was excellent and towels were replaced daily. Mini fridge and iron too in the room if needed. Bathroom is spacious enough and concierge is very friendly.

The location of this hotel is excellent—it’s very convenient to get around. The staff were also very friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The only downside was that the room was quite small, making it difficult to find enough space for our luggage. Overall, it was still a pleasant stay.

Very convenient location in the heart of the city, specifically next to the QVB! They have a large space to leave your luggage. While dated, the room is quite clean. Price isn't too bad as well.

Staff are so friendly, and the location is just perfect for accessing everything. Chinatown is a 5-min walk (Asian like me, perfect). Town Hall station is just a 1-minute walk, Trams is within 100 steps. This hotel's location is just amazing and very quiet for sleeping. Recomended
