W Sydney

The location for sightseeing and the hotel's stylish design were top-notch. I booked a harbor view, but the harbor itself wasn't as stunning as I'd imagined, so a city view would probably be fine too. Next time, I'd like to save some money and opt for a city view.

The views are nice, and the location is good too. My only complaints are that the breakfast selection isn't very wide and getting up to the rooms can be a bit inconvenient.

The kids loved the W Hotel, but unfortunately, at 3 AM, my card was charged three times in AUD, which led to a call from my bank's fraud monitoring and woke me up. It was very frustrating, and the hotel didn't provide any explanation, just said the staff made a mistake.

The rooftop pool is amazing! We had a twin room, and the beds were huge, as was the room itself! It was so relaxing to sit by the floor-to-ceiling window in the room, sipping coffee while enjoying the view of Darling Harbour.

The room was neat and clean, offering charming night views of the harbor. The facilities were complete, responses were prompt, and the service was professional.

The staff were mostly friendly, but the location is a bit out of the way. When I checked out and came back to pick up my luggage, I asked if I could use the gym to shower before my flight, but I was denied. I've been able to do this at other hotels before, so I was a bit taken aback. I guess it's a 'live and learn' experience. I feel that other hotels offer better value for money and aren't too bad either. It is a beautiful hotel.

Extremely satisfied with this business trip. It was very convenient to walk to the conference center from the hotel, and even on a rainy day, it was manageable without an umbrella. There are many dining options behind the hotel, and Town Hall is about a ten-minute walk away. The hotel is relatively new, which perfectly suits my principle of choosing newer accommodations over older ones.
