1st room had to get moved out as electrical problems along with broken heating/cooling and massive puddle of water in bedroom. 2nd room not much better. Dirty smelly. Definitely not worth the money. I’ll definitely be writing complaints letter. Even had a stranger walk in on us seen it had people walked out and took off. Didn’t feel very secure. Staff very nice. Perfect location. But won’t stay again that’s for sure.

The location is excellent, within walking distance of Darling Harbour. The room is in need of attention. Hot plates in the kitchen were burnt and need replacing, walls were scuffed, the bathroom was really bad - broken/damaged tiles, discoloured bath, mouldy grout, stained bench. I spoke to reception and was moved to another room which was marginally better. I wouldn't recommend.

Very good location. Next to Sydney China town. A lot of restaurants around. The suit room is good. Big room, have kitchen. Very quiet and convenient place to stay. Happy to introduce friends. Will come back too.

Our twin room definitely needed refurbishing. We had No microwave, hot plates didn’t work, no dishwasher and TV didn’t work either!! The only good thing was it’s location.

The room is not bad as it is quite spacious and equipped with almost everything albeit outdated plus the bathroom amenities are quite old & used. Great location as it is close to Haymarket.

the most things you can choose Seasons Darling Harbour Hotel is the location. This hotel is nothing unless it is where located.

Unfortunately had a pretty uncomfortable sleep. We were quite hot as the aircon didnt seem to be working properly. Would have also liked a fridge in the room, esp being an apartment with kitchen facilities.

The hotel looks dated from outside. The rooms were the same but clean. The location is close to Chinatown, Darling Habour and George St for the light rail. The front road is busy, no restaurant but opposite Novotel and next to so many cafes and restaurants. Overall, is value for money

The room facilities are old and the cleanliness is average. The deposit has not been refunded two weeks after check-out.

Very good price-performance hotel, and the location is superior. I visited relatives and stayed in several hotels for more than a month. This hotel has the best price-performance ratio

The environment is good, but the service is too bad! The facilities are outdated, the air conditioner is broken, and no one came to check after calling several times! I went out for a few days in the middle of my stay and left three small luggages in the hotel, but it didn't work! Only two can be placed! It's unheard of!

I had high hopes for my stay at Seasons Darling Harbour Hotel, especially considering its reputation. Unfortunately, my partner and I faced an unwelcome surprise during our stay from 15/9 to 19/9/23 in room 832. On the third day (17/9/23), we discovered cockroaches in our bathroom. Shocked by this, we promptly reported the issue to the front desk. While the staff were sympathetic, we were informed that there were no available rooms for a switch. As anyone would expect from a hotel of such caliber, cleanliness and hygiene are non-negotiable. Our experience was marred by the distress and discomfort this issue caused us. I took the recommended route and reached out via email to address the issue, even attaching photographic evidence, but to date, I have received no acknowledgment or response from the hotel's management. The lack of response is concerning and suggests a disregard for guest feedback and well-being.

This hotel is in serious need of a makeover or overhaul. It is in a perfect location for Darling Harbour and the convention centre and is right across the road from the Chinese Gardens. It was disappointing to find the entire hotel in such bad shape. The hotel smells damp in the halls. The rooms have marks on almost every wall. The sticking doors to the room as well as the bathroom mean you have to just about shoulder barge them open, the mini fridge's freezer is iced over, tiles in the bathroom are chipped and faded. It was almost impossible to push the flush button on the toilet. All the furniture was stained and chipped, windows had no flyscreens and there were cigarette butts on the roof just outside the windows so looks like people were smoking in the rooms. The bedroom door looked like it had been kicked in, the rooms have not been thoroughly cleaned in some time, drawers don't close, vents sticking out. Unless you ask you are not provided with the special key to get to the pool and gym in the adjoining building (what a trek that is) although the gym is not even open. The pool area has a lovely outlook/view but then also needs work to upgrade the pool tiles and the walk to get there! Smelly and dodgy. At one point you walk through this area piled high with old hotel furniture at which point you are wondering if it's even worth using the pool! It's a strange and quite unappealing place. We will not be back. Not sure of price or what they are like but across the road is the Novotel and across from that the Holiday Inn, check those out instead.
