I called for early check in and was greeted by Randy, I told him my name and he put me on hold. I hung upand called again, Randy ansered and asked if I could hold.
I was put on hold for 30 minutes. While on the phone i drove to hotel. When I arrived there were two cars in the parking lot, no on in the lobby and a young lady at the desk. I approached the desk to check in and the young lady told me that she was training and che would have to get someone else to check me in. I stood there with my phone with the call still on hold and was checked in by Randy, the person answered the phone. Randy never smiled, didn't verify my ID, and was in general unfriendly. Upon leaving I left a sweatshirt in the room. I called back 2 hours after I left and asked them if they could check the room. They said no that I would have to wait until after they were cleaned. I had left town so sent my son by to check at 4 they said he would have to check back. He went back again later and said nothing showed up. While the hotel was clean and convenient the staff was terrible. I am a realtor and have worked with the public for 19 years and would never be successful if I treated my clients like this.
