The hotel is in a location surrounded by used vehicles, at a noisy intersection. The room promised was to be an accessible room but it was not (not even grab bars to enter the tub). An old woman was sleeping on a couch in the office lobby. Several people lounging outside rooms. An older gentleman doing a repair on equipment outside our assigned room. At the bottom of our receipt was this statement: "No Refund given after 1-hour of stay. Rooms that occuppy (sic) two people must maintain: No visitors allowed!!" We requested a full refund since the room was not accessible and the location and surroundings were not desirable. The manager ws pleasant, and granted the refund, which by the language on the receipt was probably not a rare occurrence.

The rooms were very poor and the area is very shady. It is an old building and poorly maintained. Over-priced, the room assigned to us had not been cleaned though we arrived after the advertised check-in time. Staff seemed confused. Floors were filthy in the room; bathroom had been renovated recently. Air quality was poor.

We were driving from Washington DC to Montreal. Fog, rain, road accidents. We were too tired to continue on the road. We stopped there for one night. Went to Taco Bell and slept well. Breakfast included the morning after. Cheap breakfast although. All in all it did the job. Most of all, the lady at the reception was very welcoming.
