Room The facilities are average, and each person only has one pillow. If you stay in the hotel, you need to pay for parking. However, it is in the city center and you can walk to the attractions, which is very convenient.

Overall is ok. Good location and friendly service. Last time I found bed bugs in my room, not this time.

Hotel centrally situated & room was clean & well maintained. Marked down for very insubstantial pillows & the bar was closed due to a staff shortage. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast passable but not value for money at 48zl. Campanile does however represent value for money overall

Good location in the centre of Szczecin. The room was ok, functional and clean. Limited parking spaces available in the basement so we had to park at the street. The breakfast buffet was with a good selection of food.

I visited this hotel together with my daughter. I had booked the hotel online on their website a few days in advance. The web site for booking gave me the impression that I pre-paid for the room (which I did not), that led to some confusion at check-in, however neither the girl in the reception or I made a big issue out of this, and the confusion was settled. The room was clean and as expected. It's what you expect for the price we paid. The beds were comfortable. The staff was helpful when it cam to booking a taxi and recommending a restaurant. There is a ten minute walk to the train station.

The ARRIVAL WAS GOOD; underground parking space, first impression in the room was OK, breakfast was good, the service in the room was bad the 2nd NIGHT. The room was not cleaned, very loud from the street & parties from the Oder on the water. The way to the city center was OK.
