Tachikawa Regent Hotel Reviews

I used this hotel while traveling for a live show! It was very helpful that I could leave my luggage quite early, before check-in time. I got a little lost at the hotel entrance, but the service and cleanliness were both excellent. I'd like to use this hotel again, thank you.

It is very close to Tachikawa JR Station. There are large shopping malls, electronics malls, supermarkets, convenience stores and many restaurants around it. It is very convenient. The facilities are not new but they are very clean. The front desk is also very friendly. I will choose here next time.

It was fashionable and clean, and I was able to spend a very relaxing time. There was also a shop nearby which was convenient.

The location of the hotel was good as it was easy to get to from Tachikawa Stage Garden. The free breakfast was delicious.

The hotel is still an old hotel, but the interior space is quite large

The location is very good and it is easy to reach near the station. The room is clean and comfortable, although the facilities are not very good.

早餐不夠豐富，但能吃飽

チェックイン1時間前に到着して、とりあえず荷物を預かってもらおうとお願いした所、もう部屋の準備が出来ているのでとチェックインさせてもらえました。 そしてチェックイン時やチェックアウト時も各フロントの スタッフの方はすごく感じが良く、気持ちを込めた丁寧な 応対でお出迎えと、お見送りをしてくださって、とても 嬉しかったです。 無料の朝食の飲み物の種類が結構あり、有難かったです。 次回、又利用したいです。

夜着いた為か？ホテルの入り口が大きな道路沿いではなく、路地を入って、右手奥に表示はあったが、かなりわかりにくかったかな。 リーズナブルなので、鍵も昔ながらの感じ。 ですが、部屋に入れば、1人過ごすには充分、清潔感もあり、何より朝食付きが嬉しい。 フロントに6時半から準備されて簡単な物でも種類が多くて満足！フロントの方も優しい方でした。
