En plein centre de TAFRAOUT, une petite auberge rustique mais proprette. Magnifique vue depuis les fenêtres de la chambre sur le coeur de ville et les montagnes. Le petit déj' sur la terrasse est tout à fait convenable. Bref, une bonne petite adresse à Tafraout, pour 30€ la nuit pour 2

I miss the old, sometimes creaky, family hotels of France, killed by caravans and lack of renovation grants. But they survive gloriously in Morocco. Hôtel Les Amis is a "fun place". Some of the lights might not work, and there is a certain shabbiness, but this is far preferable to the sterile budget hotels of France. The welcome is genuine, the food is terrific, the whole atmosphere is beguiling. I hope to return.

I spent two nights at this lovely guesthouse in January of this year and it was a very enjoyable experience.Located in the centre of Tafraoute it is very convenient to cafes and restaurants.My room was large and very comfortable.Breakfast on the verandah each morning was top class.The staff were super friendly and in this regard I want to mention Khadija especially and also Zacharia and Hamid.Khadija was kind enough to help me organise a tour of Ait Mansour Gorge and other local attractions for the following day.This is an authentic Moroccan guesthouse and I am happy to recommend it highly.

Le seul avantage de cette auberge est d’être bien située. Pour le reste, c’est à fuir. Odeur d’égout dans la chambre, vacarme dans les couloirs, bruit des canalisations dès qu’une personne se lave ou va aux toilettes, même la nuit. Le petit déjeuner à 30 dh avec un seul pain rond qui coûte à peine 2 dh et un minuscule jus d’orange car les oranges coûtent cher dixit la jeune serveuse. Le comble : le prix en direct revient encore plus cher que sur les plateformes commerciales qui pourtant commissionnent. Et impossible de négocier avec la gérante qui prend le touriste pour un pigeon. Bref à fuir cette auberge qui a trop mail vieilli et où la propreté fait défaut.
