Location is a bit secluded from the city center. Staffs are accomodating though not going beyond and just provided whatever requested for instance we requested to retrieve the cake and they didnt offer utensils or think about whenever we would consume it for my partner's birthday, The room lacks refrigerator which might be a necessity. There's only one swimming pool.

An execellent place for a total relaxation while achieving total wellness. Unfortunately, we were not able to join their activities be cause it's raining when we woke up and decided to stay inside instead. For sure I will go back and join the Nurture walk, tai qi and watch their juice and coffee roasting demo.

Spent 3d2n with my family (husband, 1 yo LO, MIL and nanny) last weekend in Nurture Wellness Village. We were allowed for an early check in and the whole process was very fast. After 10-15 minutes, we were escorted to our room. Booked Alaga room (family room) with 1 queen bed and 2 single beds. Room is equipped with basic toiletries and coffee kit. Design is very outdated and took us a while to figure out how the TV worked. Bathroom smells weird, it was clean but very old. Swimming pool was dirty so we had to skip swimming. Hotel setup was surrounded with lots of plants/trees and my son enjoyed running around the grass. Mosquitoes were all over the place. One attendant was kind enough to share their very own mosquito repellant (I brought Biteblock with us as well) to my LO. The package that we availed includes Nilaib massage for 2 pax for 90 minutes. We enjoyed it so much. We were given pandan tea after the session for further relaxation. Breakfast included were served in Farmer's Table, their in house restaurant. Nothing spectacular IMO and I found the price higher than the average restos in Tagaytay. Tried their daing na bangus, chicken tocino, healthy breakfast (granola with yogurt, fruits, bread), ube champorado and french toast. I even ordered cookie dough cheesecake but everything is forgettable. We paid 26k (480-481 USD) but I found it too much for what we tasted and experienced during our overall stay. And oh before I forgot, me and my husband went out for a couple of minutes on our first day of stay and when we came back, there is no parking slot available for us (checked in guests). We waited for 30 minutes but nothing was given to us. I found it weird and so I discussed with the receptionist. They were very apologetic and promised to reserve a slot for us next time. Apart from the friendly staffs from the reception to the room service and the nice massage, there is nothing I could think of that will make me visit this place again.
Response from Property: Dear Juanderwoman, Thank you for visiting Nurture and for your feedback which we truly appreciate. We are grateful that you enjoyed your NIlaib massage and our friendly team. May I share the following which can shed light on the issues you mentioned. 1. Room design - we have plans to renovate Nurture in the coming year. COVID (and the Taal Volcano eruption before that) was a great challenge for us budget wise, but we are determined to come out of it stronger and better and enhance the Nurture experience for you, our valued guests. 2. Mosquitoes in the garden- While we conduct regular fumigation in the premises, the thick foliage make total eradication of mosquitoes a challenge. The Receptionists provide citronella lotion upon request. 3. Food at Farmers Table- We have a concessionaire that manages Farmers Table and will give them feedback about your concerns. 4. Parking for Nurture guests- we apologize that you were kept waiting and have already called the attention of the guard to prioritize parking areas for Nurture guests Juanderwoman, we do hope that you will visit us again and give us a chance to provide you with an enhanced Nurture experience. Thank you and best regards! Cathy

World class massage therapy. Healthy choices for lunch, dinner and breakfast. Staff was very courteous, polite and accomodating. I will recommend the multigrain bread to go. The only problem was the cable TV, only 2 channels were available

If you want an accessible getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city, I recommend Nurture Wellness Village. Book a room and treatment at the same time to maximize the time for you to disconnect. Note I found prices on Agoda cheaper than booking on their website so make sure to shop around. Pros: (1) Excellent spa staff. Massage was relaxed and therapists did their jobs well. Massage package for couple was in a room right under our room so easy to schlep over for a nap after the massage. (2) Gardens are relaxing and breezy. Not too big but enough to enjoy for an overnight stay. (3) Toiletries actually nice and from the aromatherapy brand they also sell in their shop. (4) Farm to Table restaurant has good, reasonably priced food with great service. Cons: (1) In this simplified world of express checkins and checkouts, I found their procedures very fussy - so much filling out of forms and signing of documents! The payments to different services are not seamless; if you eat at the resto you can’t charge to your room at the end of your stay. (2) Was in a room near a staff building and boy, were the staff noisy! Could hear them laughing and talking so loudly afternoon to evening, despite guest accommodations being quite nearby. So much for relaxing! (3) Rooms are clean and generally well maintained. However, the rooms are starting to feel dated and old fashioned (and not in a good way).
Response from Property: Dear guilelessreader, Thank you so much for coming to Nurture and for your feedback which we greatly appreciate. We apologise for the inconvenience you experienced. We are committed to give you only the best service and are currently addressing the issues you have raised. Once again, thank you for choosing Nurture! Best regards Cathy

We got the 2K worth of massage for each person. We weren't impressed. Our regular 500 local massage is actually better and more satisfying. The place was very relaxing and aesthetic, but we won't be coming back for the spa. Not worth the money. Food at the Farmers Table was not really that good. It was just OK. May not make an effort to come back.
Response from Property: Dear GoPLaces, Thank you for coming to Nurture.. We do try our vey best to give you an excellent massage which follows international protocol. We believe that our concessionaire, FarmersTable, likewise tries to give you a great dining experience. We hope that you would come back so that we can provide you with an experience that you would truly enjoy. All the best! Cathy

We had our massage and was about to dine in at the restaurant until we met one of the rude servers, looked us down and hesitated to gave us seat because of the registration which we already did. Hindi maganda ang approach nun nkaglasses na staff nila.

We checked-in at Nurture Wellness Village last Jan 8-9 to celebrate our 24th wedding anniversary. Upon our arrival, the staff were very friendly and accommodating, they listened with a smile and acted on our request. The rooms were clean. The massage given to us was very relaxing. Most of all, the food was excellent. It was a good over night stay, we were able to rest and enjoyed our anniversary. However, I hope that there will be a bigger dining area in the future to accommodate walk-in guests and check-in guests should be given an exclusive dining area. Over-all, it was a very good experience from the time I booked the place, conversed with the reservation officer, checked-in and checked-out. Babalik ba kami? Definitely! 👍

it was reviewed well on some sites and so we thought to give it a try. We drove all the way to Tagaytay from Okada Manila to experience first hand of what they said was a very relaxing massage at Nurture Wellness Spa. Our reservation was at 5pm and so we arrived an hour earlier of our schedule. We were escorted to our Massage villa which was actually just a big room with three beds (3 of us -- all in one room). Three masseuse attended to each one of us and worked their way in massaging us. It was pretty average type of massage -- I mean -- there were no relaxing diffusers or candles to set the mood. No bathrobes, just a thin towel or something to cover yourself up. The light in the room was kinda creepy and old. I honestly didnt get that wow relaxing feel. The room was old and I just dont get it. It was not what I expected it to be. Im actually very disappointed.
Response from Property: Dear Ricoy, Thank you for your feedback. We apologise for the disappointing experience you had which is definitely not the type of service we wish to give our valued guests like you. . We are currently renovating our rooms and hope that you would give us another chance to give you a better experience. We will reach out directly to you to express our sincere apologies with the wish that you would give us another chance. Thank you! Cathy

We have been here numerous times before for meals/massage & loved it. This time was the first time we booked in to stay & we're really looking forward to an amazing experience. Unfortunately we paid HUGE money for it & left feeling much worse than when we arrived. I'd say avoid staying at all costs. Come for a spa therapy but avoid the accommodation & restaurant unless you have no choice. We arrived to a full house on Sunday afternoon where there was no parking (but as an overnight guest they took the keys & parked the car eventually for us). No welcome drink while we sat waiting for the paperwork to be done (would have been appreciated). Also when you're trying to relax in your expensive room there are dining customers walking all over the 'resort' making lots of noise & taking selfies etc. The environment is so far from relaxing! Since previous visits we're told the Farmers Table has been taken over by an external company (Raintree Hospitality). We were very unhappy with the dinner, even to the point I asked for a manager to advise but sadly there's basically just minimal response apart from we'll pass it on to the chef. Both our main courses were just not up to standard or price. We have previously eaten here & absolutely loved the food/experience. It now seems like one of the noisiest places you could go with food looking nice (ie for IG pics) but not tasting the way you'd hope for. Then back to the room. We both had such a terrible sleep & woke up feeling very bad. The beds are like concrete & I wish I'd brought my own pillow. We paid around ₱8000 for this & sadly feel like we now have no reason to ever return to what was one of our favourite places previously.
Response from Property: Dear ddv73, We would like to deeply apologise for your recent experience in Nurture. We are saddened to know that you did not have a good experience with us this time. We truly value your patronage and are grateful that you visited us many times before and enjoyed your experience. Rest assured that we will forward your feedback to the Raintree management for their action. We will check on the quality of the mattresses and pillows in your room, as it was actually our first time to receive negative feedback about this. May I share that some guests even request to buy our pillows as they find them very restful. Nevertheless, we will immediately check whether the mattress and pillows used in your room were up to standard and immediately take corrective action. We hope you would visit us again. Rest assured of our commitment to give you only the very best Nurture experience. Cathy Turvill
