We enjoyed our stay though it would have been perfect if the housekeeping paid attention to cleanliness - it’s pet friendly so the lobby and the room has a foul smell that could really use some thorough cleaning. The tray for the free water was dirty, we didn’t use the water glasses afraid it is not clean as well. The pool was not that clean as well - maybe it was due to the rain, I donno lol. The rain ruined the garden feel and would have been so relaxing to visit their garden :( which we were not able to do. The reception agents were helpful - they went above and beyond by helping me with the water heater :) thank you! Amenities like hair dryer, coffee, shampoo and laundry bag were not ready in the room and I have to request them by calling before it’s provided. It was all complimentary so it’s ok :) The restos are reasonably priced and the food was ok ~ we had dinner at Sweet Knot Haven and breakfast at Bodhi cafe.

We love the aesthetic of the place.. although some of the area seemed abandoned or neglected.. but it didn’t really matter much coz there’s still the other spots that are well maintained. The service was good, though a little less prompt .. one particular case was with the tv.. we asked the operator to have someone to come check the connection but it took a while and I had to make a follow up call .. overall we had pleasant experience .. worth visiting and staying for a short getaway from the busy city life

Being centrally located allowed me to easily explore the city and visit nearby attractions without any hassle. It was a perfect base for my trip. The service and cleanliness is excellent. The front desk staffs were accommodating and helpful with our needs. The only downside is that their restaurants closes early and you have to go out or order in thru online for late night cravings. It is also a few minutes away from the center so its hard if you don’t have your own vehicle. We loved that it is surrounded by nature and is very peaceful.

Staffs are nice. Room are cozy. Nature vibe. Its just the pool is not clean.

The location is quite difficult to drive due to narrow road. Quite disappointed with the bathroom set up. Overall, a good accommodation for an overnight stay with an affordable rate.

Just being honest here, the hotel itself needs full renovation from the lobby to their rooms and hallways. Since we arrived during the night, the lobby had a lonely ambience and was too dark! So when we went to our room, the hallway was creepy too as it was dark and the light was motion detected which is kinda weird and scary at night! Now, the room was totally unexpected from the bed, walls, interior, and the bathroom! The walls had molds and the bed looked like a hospital bed. The shower had little pressure and if you turn it too hot. If you close.the door from the outside, you need to pull it hard which was too noisy and inconvenient to other guests. If you walk to the hallway, it feels like you are in a hospital and not in the hotel. The outside surroundings needed enough light as it was too dark and not safe. The hotel does not have the best amenities, small parking space and it's beginning to look like an abandoned hotel. If you're looking for a place to stay on weekends, it might be worth checking other hotels or condos nearby.

Awesome stay! The room they gave us was clean and the staff was awesome.

This is one of the best hotels in Tagaytay. Service is absolutely superb. The hotel was constructed in a way that your privacy is maintained even though there are many occupants. Breakfast at Ciao Bella is value for money.

Not expecting too much about this hotel. I hope they will have more comfy beds and a nice tv. I think they need improve their bathroom too!
