Awesome , rooms are immaculately clean and still like almost like new. A blisful stay with complete amenities. No deposit requireds so u have more cash to spend on the hotel menu. Breakfast buffet is the highlight of the stay. Going home with lots of smile and kudos to the team.

Location is superb and customer service was excellent. Food selection at breakfast buffet is acceptable for its price. Hot choco is our fave! You just have to ask for it from the staff. We will definitely come back here.

The view is mesmerizing. We originally planned to stay for one night but extended our reservation because it's just too peaceful here. The breakfast selection was great, though there were a lot of insects flying around. Despite this, we still enjoyed our breakfast. Currently, there is ongoing renovation, and some areas are dusty. The TV would really need an upgrade. Overall, the stay was great, and we will definitely go back again, hopefully next time it will be more amazing stay

So far okay naman ung hotel pinaghintay lang naman kami ng 20 minutes bago maka check in which is dapat naka ready na yan eh kaso hindi tapos ung mini ref nila is hindi masyadong lumalamig muntikan pa mapanis ung food naman pero may nag assist naman kaso ganun pa din ndi masyadong malamig. Tapos ung towel magaspang siya ndi sya cotton. Yung tv sana i upgrade into Smart tv para makapag Youtube kc naka basic tv tapos cable wala naman ng nanonood ng cable now ang liit pa ng tv 21 inches lang ata un .

Super worth it ang stay, kulang ang 1 day, for sure babalik kami, super ganda ng view and malapit lang sa mga landmarks. Good quality din ang buffet style breakfast nila and ang ganda ng pool❤️

It was an OK stay. Rooms are a little rundown. Staff are very friendly. Won’t be coming back and will look for a better hotel when in Tagaytay.

Our family had a good time staying in the hotel. I love the hotel’s location as it is accessible. The rest room needs renovation and improvement since there is a water leak. Hopefully the pool area can also be improved and beautified so more guests will be encouraged to stay and have some good time.

It's my favorite hotel. Closest to home. This is my 3rd time booking this hotel. I usually booked this hotel when there is a special occasion. Friendly and accomodating staff. Delicious food, especially the chicken adobo during breakfast. A must try! I will definitely book again. Thank you Summit Ridge Hotel.

Great staycation we had in Summit Ridge! The staff are friendly and go beyond their tasks. We wanted to have a drink but the restaurant is close. The front desk and the guard opened it for us. They took our order and let us stay at the terrace. WoW experience!

Good location. The staff are very accommodating. Lobby area is clean and very nice. However the room (and upper lobby) needs renovation. Lots of floor tiles are broken, in the lobby, elevator, comfort room, room and balcony. Bed is nice and comfy. Shower works fine and water heater works. The staff are nice and friendly and attentive. But what annoyed us the most during our stay was the door lock system. It keeps on alarming! Even in the middle of the night it just suddenly goes off without anyone touching it. So annoying! I hope they do something about it.
