Staff are great. Courteous, helpful and cheerful.
But why don't you even serve ice to your customers.
Aside from the security which I find so restless at night because anyone can just barge in at night esp in the entrance.
The standard room has a door near the cabinet which I felt restless due to the lock can be opened on the outside area. Almost slept 4am due to these things. Could the owners see to it that security and safety is a priority please? The reception area is so DUSTY!

The price is okay. The decoration is very old.
There are some stains on the sheets, which may not be acceptable to those with mysophobia.
The family room is very large
Breakfast is just average Filipino food, which is good (you will be given a small form to fill in when you check in)
The scenery outside the hotel would be more beautiful if it were tidied up.

Absolutely worst experience ever! The online booking price was increased for unknown reasons, and the staff could not explain why. The listing on ******* two queen bed sleeps six so my party of six booked the only remaining room. Upon check-in, we discovered several things in the room that were showing age and wear and tear to include a broken door. Lock on the sliding door. Hotel management ultimately ended up. Blaming us tried to charge us a security fee will not stay here again

Very low water pressure. Aircon is faulty, we barely slept since it goes off from to time to time, room has no windows so the heat is intolerable. Floors are cracked. Cabinet interiors are dusty, best to keep your clothes in your suitcase.

In dire need of further improvement. Rooms weren't equally maintained, unsatisfying and weren't exactly inviting— similar to the staff that lacked common guest courtesy and hospitality during our stay.

They do not meet the basic standard offerings of a hotel. No security on site. Standard rooms has no natural light and ventilation. Its basically a storage room with a bed. Definitely not recommended.
