The most wonderful accommodation, the room, the swimming pool, the restaurant, the receptions, the catering, wherever you go, you will find a touch of sophistication and dedication to service, an excellent atmosphere.

Wonderfully laid out resort, with everything you could need in a stunning location on a brilliant beach with super surf. We have a great time, a stunning holiday and would go back again tomorrow if we could. The staff were really friendly and it felt super safe. The (separate) surf academy is manned mostly by a guy who is really unhelpful, which is a great pity as the booking lady and all the surf instructors are fantastic - his attitude is a real pity as it stands out, being so different to everyone else. Drinks are not cheap - which makes sense in Morocco - but buy a bottle in duty free I suggest.

Staying at the Hyatt Regency Taghazout was a fantastic experience. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and offered stunning views of the lake. Each morning, I enjoyed a delicious breakfast buffet with a wide variety of options. The hotel's amenities, including the well-equipped fitness center, added extra comfort to my stay. The location was perfect for both relaxation and exploration, making my visit memorable and enjoyable.

A warm welcome with Moroccan tea, and staff very friendly, everyone who works in the hotel greets you, The breakfast buffet was very extensive paint sprayer, Moroccan tea, chefs so professionals you are asked with a smile what kind of fried eggs you want nice swimming pool, only the coffee was bad not drinkable everyone left their coffee standing, you could also drink coffee or tea in your room, but there was no milk powder I don't drink coffee without milk, the last one I almost had to pay Tourist tax while I already told Trip .com had been paid on the voucher including all taxes, later that was resolved and had a really nice day.

We had 3 nights in Marrakesh, then took a private transfer (approx 3 hours) to Taghazout Bay for 7 nights. The hotel and grounds are stunning and perfect for a relaxing break. We enjoyed all of the restaurants, but would have loved some more local dishes. Beef & Reef had great evening live music. The view from the Tapas bar is just stunning and we loved the fires up there! Our favourite restaurant was Morimoto as we loved the DJ and atmosphere outside. We walked to Taghazout on the first day (45 min walk) but hired bikes the next time which I recommend. We walked to the Rock and had lovely fresh fish. The yoga was first class and the swimming pools luxurious. Service around pools and beach at times took a while but overall great and staff friendly and happy to help. We visited the nearby golf course which also has a 9 hole course which our boys loved. We stayed in October and the weather was lovely and warm by day, but certainly cool in the morning and evenings.

Positive Very nice staff Beautiful swimming pools and impeccable swimming pool equipment (relaxation, parasols… of very good quality) Impeccable hygiene at the restaurant level Diverse and abundant dishes despite some minor comments on the quality of cooking Negative Good location but less good compared to other hotels in taghazoute bay (noise all day and evening emanating from the public square and the souk next to the hotel, crowded beach in front of the hotel…) Absence of a private beach for hotel residents like other hotels in Taghazoute Bay The most disturbing point in the stay is the smell of mold in the bedroom and the bathroom which, despite our report and the intervention of the staff, remained throughout the stay Daytime entertainment not great with little music by the pool during the day (almost inaudible in some places and cut off very early in the day around 4:30 p.m.) Evening entertainment to improve (too boring and repetitive) Room towels to change (not at the level of a 5-star hotel, almost all damaged)
