They charged us for the item that we didn't touched and we never used (do not disturb acrilic). Location wise but not the service. I believe it's their modus to gain money because upon paying the said damage item they did not issued any receipts

We booked this hotel last minute due to an electrical problem in our village. Very accommodating staff and place is accessible to private and public transportation. Room is decent and can fit a family of 4. Amenities could be improved but over all you get what you paid for.
A good walking distance to Market Market and SM Aura and public market and stores are just beside the hotel.

The location is good. There is a 7-11 convenience store downstairs and a large shopping mall opposite. It is very convenient for daily life. The hotel buffet breakfast is PHP 500/person, which is expensive and tastes average, not recommended. In addition, there are not enough elevators, making it time-consuming to get up and down during busy hours.

The location is good. Staffs are nice except to the receptionists. We dont try the food. Pool is small but its okay.

Hotel was walking distance to BGC. It gives value to its price. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Room is good for 3 adults. They have good internet connection, working TV, cold room, hot and cold shower. Complete kits were given shaving kit, sewing kit, lotion, conditioner, etc. They also have robes and clean towels. Microwave and refrigerator is also available. My daughter loved it. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
