Just contact the landlord according to the check-in reminder before check-in. It is not that complicated. There are special staff to receive you in the lobby. Remember to register in the lobby and scan the code to fill in the room number and information before check-in.
The room is nice. There is a washing machine and washing powder. It is very convenient. There is also an xbox game console and a sofa bed. When a friend comes, just open the sofa bed.
Contact the landlord in advance. The landlord will set up an exclusive WeChat group. From filling in the entry QR code, to picking up and dropping off at the airport, everything is thoughtfully arranged. It is really a one-stop service.

We had an amazing overnight stay at Thompson, Booking was incredibly easy, and their prompt and detailed responses made the process smooth from start to finish. Jen even went the extra mile by meeting us at the lobby and personally assisting us to the unit. The unit itself exceeded our expectations—it was spotless and smelled fresh, with clean and comfortable sheets that felt better than a hotel. They provided everything we could need and more, including slippers, toothbrushes, towels, complimentary water, tea, Coke, and cookies. The XBox was a fantastic bonus that added to the experience. The air conditioning was perfectly cold, and the cozy comforters made our sleep absolutely delightful. The two queen-size beds were spacious and a great value for the price. Check-out was as hassle-free as the rest of our stay, making the whole experience seamless and relaxing. This place is a hidden gem, and I can’t recommend it enough! We will definitely be coming back.

The service is very considerate and the price is very reasonable, especially here in BGC, the price/performance ratio is very high.
The hygiene is very good. The quilt smells like sunshine. It's a very good experience. I will choose it next time I go on a business trip.

Location is great! Contact person is very responsive and helpful with questions or needs. I just hope there was a bidet and a shower curtain as the water runs down through the sides of the tub to the floor and the wifi could have been better as we barely has any connection. But all in all the unit is great and everything is working great!

The host is very responsive and took care of all our request prior to arrival specifically the parking. They made sure that we checked in comfortably.
It is a home but with a hotel type of service. The condo staff are also very polit and would open the doors for you. Their cleaners also made sure to provide us the requested supplies we needed during the stay. The toilteries are complete! from shampoo, soaps, shower caps, slippers and comb! - these stuff usually is only available in hotels. We also used the washing machine which helped us get clean clothes before we left.
Is it worth our money? Yes, and I will surely book in this place or with the same host again. They view is also very stunning!
By the way, if booking 7 days they have free airport shuttle service!
