Hotels near Senpukuji, Tahara

We stayed for one night on Thursday the day before the three consecutive holidays in March. We used this place because there was a ＡＢ hotel that is often used near Irako port to go to Toba by ferry the next day. The train was headed by Toyohashi Railway. It is close enough to be found immediately from the station. However, the store is not nearby. You can buy drinks on a vending machine. Check-in was smooth because it was late at night. It is also reasonable to adjust the price by machine. The room is on the 9th floor. The view from the window is ok. The room is also large and rusty. There is also a large bath, but we used a bus with a room. It is not narrow and comfortable. I was grateful that the TV screen was large. Breakfast is from 6:30 a.m. Because there are many people who use it at work, it is crowded from the morning. Around 8:30 am, the peak and the person in charge said. We visited on a family trip before Golden Week. It was our first hot spring trip with our 1.5 year old child, and all the staff were very nice, so we felt that this was an inn with wonderful people. We were very grateful that we could eat in a private room, and the female staff member who served dinner was very nice, and thank you for taking the time to look after our child despite being busy. The ocean view from the room was also great, and we were very satisfied overall, but we were a little disappointed that the water in the private bath was very hot, so our child couldn't get in, and that the washing area was separate (a private shower booth big enough for one person). Overall hotel is decent but slightly rundown. Close to the theme park. Entry ticket is expensive and only allow access to go into half of the park (and blocked before the bridge. Must buy full rides ticket for everyone in order to see more of the light display which seems to be a rip off with people traveling with young kids and elderly whom will not ride.

I stayed for several nights, but all the cleaning ladies were kind and courteous. The hotel seems to have a 3-star rating, but is there a point card or should I explain LINE points at the front desk? I want you to ask. I don't think it matters if there is a piece of paper on the wall that says there is a point card, or if it's just placed like a board at the front desk. I felt like I lost about 20 times. Also, sometimes there is a staff member (a man with glasses) who is suitable for correspondence, so don't you have the awareness that this is a three-star rated hotel? I doubt it.

This hotel provides all the basics you need. It’s close to Toyohashi station, it’s clean, and it seems well run with friendly-enough staff (difficult for me to judge as I was only there for one night). Of course, it’s not a luxury hotel so most things are simple, the breakfast has limited choice, and the rooms are a tad small, but overall I had no big complaints and it suited me fine. The one annoying thing was that they make you choose a 25-minute window in which to eat breakfast. They make you do this the day before. I guess it’s because space in their breakfast area is an issue, but it’s annoying because it doesn’t grant you any flexibility. If you want to sleep in, or go out early, it’s difficult because you have your specific breakfast window. Aside from that small grumble, I’d recommend this hotel to those who just want to be in the right location in Toyohashi, and are not after a 5-star experience. It’s probably not for families either.
