Not bad

I booked Taicang Jinjiang International Hotel for the first time. I arrived at the hotel at noon on May 1st. The front desk clerk upgraded my room to a newly renovated smart room. When I opened the door, all the lights turned on automatically without inserting a door card. It was a pleasant surprise. The room was large and clean, with a large sofa. If you remove the backrest, it becomes a bed. There is also a round table and two chairs, which is very convenient. The hotel is close to the scenic spots (10 minutes by car), Nanyuan, Tianjing Lake, museums and art galleries, and it is convenient to travel. The lobby is spacious, the environment is simple and elegant, and the mood is comfortable. The waiters are enthusiastic and patient to explain questions to the guests, and the service is in place. It was a pleasant trip.

The room facilities are good. We enjoyed the upgraded room and the bathroom has a smart toilet! The hotel is in a great location with convenient transportation. The lobby is beautiful. The surrounding commercial attractions are about 3 kilometers away. It is a relatively comfortable and relaxing travel experience.

I gave it four stars for service, which is not bad, but the staff's attitude is a bit stiff. When I called the front desk or the housekeeping center, they hung up the phone directly after speaking. The tone was a bit stiff, which didn't feel like a star hotel. The breakfast was good, quite satisfying, and comfortable. The next day, there was a middle-aged man with glasses at the front desk who was very enthusiastic, and my mood was immediately cheerful. The bathroom does not have a separate shower room, the water in the swimming pool is a little cold, the breakfast is still rich, but the food is not added in time, it is a little lacking in the five-star standard!
