The carpet on the floor is not very clean. The transportation is easy. 5 mins walk to bus stop

USD150 executive room have aircondition problem during winter time yet the staff didnt acknowlegde even though they cant fix the problem. Worst didn't offer room change or allow cancellation. Just gave an extra blanket for first night. Room change happened on 2nd night after trip nego.

The receptionist is not as friendly, they didn’t great customer that went in or out, the AC is not cold aswell, when i checked out the receptionist didn’t ask me how was the stay and so on just like usual receptionist used to do, they could improve. Some parts in the room are not clean such as the glass, and the mirror. The hotel is just average and it’s not my first option if i want to find a hotel again but overall it’s still alright.

The staff isn’t the friendliest or most welcoming but the location is pretty good. Overall a decent stay if you’re here on a day trip to Taichung.

The environment is convenient, the service staff is very friendly and kind, and it is a good accommodation experience. The bed is a bit soft, and there will still be some noise at night. If you have high sleep quality requirements, it is better to wear earplugs.

Chengyi Cultural Tourism highly recommends budgets below 3,000~ Overall very good, good service attitude! ! However, I was unlucky to meet the tenant next door whose child loved to hit the wall, which would suddenly frighten him... I will continue to visit Chengyi Cultural Tourism next time👍

I thought it would be a great experience, but the counter service staff had an unfriendly expression on their face and a bad tone of voice. They ignored me. The price is not low, but it makes people feel that it is not worth it. The room space is small, the service staff at breakfast are good, and the meals are OK; but I will not consider staying here again.

The location is very good Originally booked a double room but was upgraded to a quadruple room due to lack of room. The interior is overall clean but there are signs of use on the carpet. The only disposable equipment is slippers, and the bathroom comes with bath products Staying only for one night and having breakfast, I think the price is quite affordable.

The location is in the urban area and the transportation is very convenient! There are plenty of parking spaces! The overall CP value is very high. Every time I stay at Chengyi Cultural Hotel, I feel at ease and don’t have to worry about stepping on the wrong side! There is also a bathtub in the room which is super relaxing!

The location is great and the parking fee will be covered👍 But the toilet is a bit small~ The TV equipment is not sensitive Everything else is great. If you have a business trip, you will give priority to this place.

The surrounding environment is quiet and transportation to other places is smooth There is a row of food and drink vendors about 5 to 10 minutes' walk away, and a convenience store about 3 minutes away. It is a very good choice for travelers who work outside.

It can be understood that it is a good business hotel. The price is reasonable and the room size is moderate. The only drawback is that the bed is soft. Although the location of the hotel is within walking distance to Qinmei, Kebo and Gongyi Road restaurants, it is not very close. Finally, if the parking lot is full, you need to park at Zhonggang Road and then walk back, which is a bit far.

I stayed for 3 nights, and the twin bed room was spacious and comfortable with body soap, shampoo, and treatment. However, the room next door was loud and loud, so I called the front desk to warn them. After calling twice, they finally quieted down around midnight. I was satisfied with being able to walk to Kouyou Market in about 15 minutes from the hotel and buy food and clothes there. I took a taxi from the station, but it was difficult to get one. They can call a taxi from the hotel to the station.
