hotel is new so its good but some facilities not ready functioning and no breakfast

The children were looking forward to the breakfast very much, but when they checked in that day, they were told that the breakfast was a lunch box. They were dumbfounded when they saw the breakfast. It was all cold food. The breakfast that they purchased included a small amount of food. The bathroom door also couldn't close properly, which was a very uncomfortable experience!

The hotel's bathtub broke. It was a bad experience. We didn't dare to take a bath and we all took a shower. After playing for a day, we wanted to take a good bath and rest, but we couldn't enjoy it. I hope the hotel will take it seriously.

Although there is no parking space next to Yanagawa, there is a three-dimensional parking lot nearby which is quite convenient. In addition, you can buy some snacks and drinks on the first floor of the hotel. But I am not sure about breakfast because I went to bed too late and didn't eat it. Overall It's okay, but the door gap is a bit big, which is a bit worrying.

The space is comfortable and relaxing, and the breakfast is included, which is delicious!

The bed in the double room is very big, the air-conditioning is strong enough, the TV screen is large, the service attitude is very good, the location is not far from Taiwan Avenue, and there are many buses available. Although the breakfast is not very amazing and can be said to be useless, it is very good to have breakfast at this price. but! The toilet may not smell very good due to the pipes. There is always a smell of sewerage... I asked staff to help but all they could do was spray air freshener (the staff's service was really fast and their attitude was very good). I hope it can be solved. Deal with the sewer problem as soon as possible, otherwise the smell will really cause a lot of trouble⋯

I originally booked a room with a view, but when I entered the room I found there was no window. Where is the view? After asking, I was told that it was because there was a group checking in that day??? Ah so we are??? I don’t know much about it and I’m too lazy to make trouble. The bed is okay, the TV has Netflix, the sound insulation is not good, there is no window, the rest is just okay😮💨

One hotel is very close to the station. The toilets are very clean. It takes five minutes to walk to Zhongxiao Night Market and you can also go to the Green Sky Railway. The location is very good. It only takes 3 minutes to walk to 7-11. The sheets and quilts are super soft and comfortable, and the price is also good. Very friendly.

Parking near the hotel is a bit far, the air conditioner in the room is not cold enough, and the quilt is too hot. Everything else is very good.
