Ridiculous accommodation experience:
1. The name on the welcome card is wrong.
(The concierge manager apologized and gave me a bottle of sparkling drink)
2. The welcoming crepe cake is half melted and the nuts are also softened.
(Preparing a melting cake without calling to confirm what time the guest will check in??)
3. The hotel provides a quick check-out service by directly slipping the bill envelope through the crack of the door to the guest.
(You can explain it in person when checking in. If you don’t understand, just put it in the door crack.)
4. One hour after check-out, they called to say that because they used UnionPay to pay,
Password authentication is required, and a link is sent for payment. (The most speechless incident I have ever encountered, is it my fault for using UnionPay?!)
5. When checking in, you will be given a note indicating the usage period of the executive lounge.
It clearly states that the afternoon tea session ends at 17:00, but it ends at 16:30. The executive lounge service is so cold that it is better not to use it.
Unfortunately this is the worst service I have ever had.
(One star is given because the concierge manager kept apologizing.)
