服務人員很親切，一泊二食，晚餐很豐盛有魚有肉，早餐基本都有，山區沒有什麼好挑惕的，戶外泡湯的設施蒸汽房紅外線都不錯，溫泉洗完滑滑的，很舒服

已是第三次回訪了，雖然不是5星級飯店，但每個遇到的服務人員態度都很親切，也很熱情主動幫忙，就連飯店沒有電梯的缺點都在服務人員熱情主動拿行李的服務下沒有什麼不便，但對行動不便者還是稍微不便！
另外大眾池也很熱情讓我們參觀，整體上是麻雀雖小 五臟俱全，清潔度也不錯，是會再回訪的飯店～

飯店有點老舊環境衛生及設施還不錯，晚上餐點五菜一湯很有家庭溫馨感覺，接待人員服務態度很好，價格不貴CP值很高，值得再去消費

Very friendly staff. Kudos to the F&B staff at the restaurant who were fantastic. Good location for a hot spring resort.
