Firstly, the hotel management has strong empathy allowing me to cancel 1 night last minute due to family issues that I have to check out 1 day earlier.
But to my surprise, Check in timing is surprisingly at 4pm.
Gym facilities is under renovation but did not prior inform the guest upon check in.
On Trip.com, stated open 2023 which is very misleading that the hotel was newly renovated or newly built. But the rooms are old but luckily not rundown and rooms are clean.

It is located in the city center and has convenient transportation. The hotel operator itself does not have a parking lot 🅿️ service.
