NOT BAD

The room is a bit small. You can hear the traffic on the road. The hot water and water pressure are sufficient. The bed is soft but I don't know why I can't sleep well. Overall it's okay.

The location is in Wuri, which is a little far away from the high-speed rail but can be reached by MRT. The environment is very nice, clean and tidy, and the price-performance ratio is very high. I will still choose this hotel next time I come to Taichung.

The hotel's bathroom facilities are very considerate and have a heating function, which is very suitable for cold weather travel seasons. Close to the high-speed rail station, very suitable for travelers who need to take an early train the next day The room was overall clean and comfortable

I only stayed for one night on a business trip and left in a hurry the next morning. However, I was still impressed by the hotel's surroundings when I checked in at night. Breakfast is served in the exclusive restaurant on the first floor. Unfortunately, time does not allow for it. I look forward to staying again one day.

The whole hotel is very new and suitable for family travel. The breakfast is simple but the environment is comfortable. The standard double room has a balcony and the bathroom has a flush toilet. It is suitable for traveling with seniors. The parking space is limited. If you find a way, everything else is satisfactory👍

半夜入住，發現房間有兩隻小蟑螂加上掀開床單發現有他人體毛，當下請晚班服務人員查看，並迅速處理我們反應事宜，也立即提供換房服務，整體感受佳，危機處理極快。相信這間房間只是個案，換新房間再無此問題，對此皆給五顆星。房間雖然面對大馬路隔音覺得很好。

Location is relatively convenient to get to Taichung HSR station. One metro stop and about 10 mins or so walking. Not a great deal in the area. Hotel is relatively clean, though staff aren’t exactly amazing. It’s like they don’t really want to be there. Rooms are quite nice, though walls are paper thin so you can hear your neighbours snoring at night. Breakfast there’s not really anything. Just had a congee option and some bread items and that’s about it. I doubt I would stay here again unless it was for a 1 night stopover.

The front desk staff was not trained. It felt I owed them something. No smile whatsoever. Sound isolation was poor. There was a loud noise (water pipe?) but luckily it was before we went to bed.
