Good location and friendly staff! Room was clean and comfortable, and hotel was near to various great food places including Japanese ramen, skewers and fluffy pancakes.

Room is large and clean, toilet is new but little small, bed was ok comfortable . Staff is nice

The Air-con is making loud noises that we couldn’t even get sleep. When we report to the staff at the midnight at 2am, and he even want us to pack our all stuff and go down to lobby to get a new room key to change room… I mean we’re already tired af and he want us to pack all it at 2 am and go down the lobby just to take room key…. Seriously? He just ruin my sleep tho 😩

The CP value of this store is very high! I never thought that I could stay at such a great hotel in downtown Taichung for such a small amount of money. The 1F public area is very spacious and there are cookies to eat! The air conditioner in the room was also pre-cooled before we checked in, which was very considerate. There will also be a box of fruit available for consumption when you check in. The waiters at the counter are also very enthusiastic and the service is very good. I will definitely stay at this hotel next time I go! Don’t worry if you drive, there is a large parking space in the basement of this hotel! And the price of staying and booking includes a parking space is not expensive!

The environment is clean and comfortable. It is right next to Jiguang Street where you can go shopping and eat and drink. There are also drinks and biscuits in the lobby. When you check in, you will be given a cut fruit box as a gift, which is very considerate.

The decoration on the first floor is comfortable and elegant. Many tourists gather on the first floor, but I think part of the reason may be because the floors and rooms above the first floor have the smell of old buildings and old drainage pipes. No matter how cold the air conditioner is, it will dissipate. Don't go.

The hotel told me that free beer is provided when I checked in. I was very happy, but I was not told whether it would be available when I extend my stay. In addition, there were blood stains on the sheets from previous generations, but they were still used. When I asked the hotel to change supplies, they did not provide enough supplies, and the room was not tidied up. The water pipes at the sink were not smooth. The room is nice, the size is sufficient, there are not many places to put luggage, and there is no wardrobe. The room with the original window only faces the corridor (not the street, so due to privacy issues, it will not be opened) There are popcorn and welcome wine downstairs, which is good value for money.

The location is very good for Taichung. There are many bus stops within a 5-10 minute walk. It takes about 15 minutes to reach the Taichung Railway Station. It is convenient to go anywhere. The most important thing is that the hotel is located near Taiwan Avenue. There are many famous souvenir shops!! The room's cleanliness and facilities are also very good. When I checked in, I also received a freshly cut fruit plate and welcome wine (although I didn't drink it).

I've been to Taichung a few times, but this was the first time I was told that I didn't have a reservation even though I had prepaid on trip.com. It was nice that they prepared an alternative room for me, but it was clearly a downgrade... I had booked a room with a window, but the room didn't have one, and the peephole in the room door was still stuffed with tissues, probably from the previous guest... (3rd photo). The prices of the surrounding hotels were high for Saturday stays, so I was able to make a reservation at a good price, so maybe I can't complain. The location is good, the exterior is beautiful, and the lobby on the first floor is also beautiful, but the impression of the room was not good.
