房間設施很整齊,雖然簡單但很乾淨.當日入住時,詢問櫃台"永大夜市"是否有營業時,卻沒有推薦最近的"大益夜市",反而告訴我路程上有段距離,需要坐計程車去.後來隔天晚上路過才知道有更近的大益夜市可去,心裡感受上非常不好(計程車資花了快400元),希望旅館可以改善這個問題.不過還是推薦大家可以選擇這家旅館,CP值高,又臨近東區南紡購物中心及大益夜市,推推推~

位於平實公園旁，附近原來有南紡購物中心，是後來才知道有這個便利性。鼎立安房間設施新，床墊舒服，插頭多，一樓及地下停車場舊。

第二次入住，每次台南出差必來，大樓外雖老舊，但是業者裡面全部翻新，隔一年多再次入住，還是非常新穎，浴室一點黴垢都沒有，還有浴缸，真的非常舒服，每次入住，房間都如官網po的一樣如實，真心大推！

Carpark - Basement, limited lots, narrow, dark, steep and dangerous entrance/exit. Need lots of good driving skill to enter. Room - Dark, no mirror, mirror only at bathroom No Breakfast provided. Old apartment. Entrance no lighting. Unfriendly staff.
