Very clean and spacious hotel! Service provided by the staff were very good as well. Room was clean and tidy and amenities are provided at the reception area when you check in. The hotel is also walking distance from various food stalls and just right beside is a shopping mall. Very nice experience!

Very nice hotel and have good breakfast as well!

The location is fairly good, the hotel itself is clean and new. The breakfast selection is huge too. Travel with my one year old, hotel provided crib and baby shampoo + lotion. However they do not provide sterilizer （消毒鍋）for baby bottles. Overall it was a good experience, staffs are all very friendly as well. Convenient store and mall are all within 5mins walking distance.

The men's sauna is very nice. We've tried the swimming pool and gym as well. The facilities are nicely maintained, totally worth the price. Upper level rooms do not have a bathtub, which is the only thing that we think is unfortunate during our stay, oh and the pillow service seems to be very limited, we started our night on Friday, but it was already rented out.

We found a cockroach next to my bed when we are packing to go. Hotel told me that they undergone disinfection a few days ago so the creatures come out. No refund just offered upgrade. I am not interested in going back there. Rather stay in the Silk club. Better and higher quality of hospitality. The hallway and room also has a some moldy smell. I also don’t want to waste my time. But I also felt that it should not cause me more than 200 USD per night.

I recently stayed at the Lakeside Hotel and had a mostly wonderful experience. The room was sparkling clean with incredibly comfortable beds, making it a perfect place to relax. The breakfast was amazing, with a great selection of delicious options. The hotel also offers a pool, sauna, and gym, which are great amenities, though it would have been nice if robes were provided for the sauna and pool. The location is fantastic, and parking is excellent, which made getting around super easy. The staff were helpful and friendly, always available when needed. However, there were a few downsides. In the hotel lobby and restaurant, you are required to order something if you want to sit, which was disappointing as there was no area to work or meet without buying something. It would have been nice to have a comfortable common area. Additionally, during breakfast, the staff were a bit overzealous in clearing dishes. It felt rushed, with them swooping in to take plates as soon as you finished your last bite, which made the otherwise amazing breakfast feel uncomfortable. Overall, despite these small issues, I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was extremely clean and luxurious. Spacious rooms and friendly clerks were a bonus too.

There is no answer from the service call... I think its customer experience need to be improved. But their breakfast is really great, you have diversed choice to eat different kinds of food.

Had a very memorable stay at Lakeshore. Hotel was comfy and decent size. Location is very good. Easily accessible to all the touristy spots. Right opposite the hotel has plenty of beautiful photo spots too. Booked the hotel for our pre-wedding photoshoot and even the local photographer commended on the room and location. Love it. Buffet breakfast was also decent with wide variety of choices.

Pricing is alright not as clean as I want it to be but you get what you paid for
