You can refer to a bad review in 2023, the situation is similar. After taking a shower in the morning, I used the towel in the bathroom, and the problem started at noon that day. The bed and the chair in the room were confirmed to be fine. I don't know what caused it. It can be said that this is the first time I have encountered this in a long time when staying in various formal hotels.

The overall quality of the hotel is good. The rooms are clean and spacious. The air conditioner has been turned on before entering the room. The parking lot in the basement is large and easy to park. However, cars with low chassis will be slower to enter. The hotel also has warm reminders. Food is not far away nearby. , it can be reached on foot, which is quite convenient. However, it rained from afternoon to evening during the stay, which was a little inconvenient. I couldn't ride the ubike in front of the gate! p.s. The elevator in the lobby has to be accessed next door due to renovation, and you have to call the counter before entering and parking in the alley next to the hotel. It's a little inconvenient. It should be improved. It would be better.

The front desk staff are polite and warm! The air conditioner was turned on as soon as we entered the room, which was very comfortable! There is free parking in the parking lot, which is very spacious and easy to park. It is suitable for families traveling by car! The room is very clean. There is shampoo and shower gel in the bathroom, but there is no toothpaste or toothbrush, so be careful!

I just arrived in Tainan from Kaohsiung, and the hotel is located ten minutes away from Tainan Train Station. It's a bit hard to find the hotel at the entrance, but once you enter, the lobby is large and there are many sofa seats for travelers to rest. The check-in time for the room was 3:30 pm. Since we arrived too early, we left our luggage and went around to look for delicious food. This side of Tainan is relatively old, but there are many snack shops nearby, including authentic Tainan meatballs, breakfast restaurants, sushi restaurants, fruit shops, etc. We walked around for a long time before returning to the hotel room and found that the room was more than twice the size of the one in Kaohsiung. We were very surprised. The room we booked was a room with two double beds. In addition to the dining table and sofa area, there was a lot of activity and storage space. The bathroom is also larger than the average hotel, but it only has a standing shower area. The hotel staff are polite and the room overall feels clean. It would be better if toiletries could be provided and the sound insulation problem could be improved (there happened to be noisy children in the next room)

I stayed in a standard twin room, and it was a very clean hotel and I had a comfortable stay. It was less than a 10-minute drive from Tainan Railway Station, but there was a drugstore, a famous bento shop, and a market just a short walk away, and there was a convenience store and a breakfast shop that was open at night, so it was convenient. Rento-do, a regular in guidebooks, was about 5 minutes away, so I was able to quickly go buy something after breakfast before sightseeing. There were elderly people, so we requested a bath stool for the shower, and they prepared one for us. There was someone at the front desk who could speak a little Japanese, so we didn't have any trouble, and the staff were very hospitable, and we were able to arrange a taxi right away with just a few words, and the room cleaning staff greeted us cheerfully and cleaned the room beautifully every day. I'll use it again when I stay in Tainan.

Parking lot: The hotel has an underground parking lot in B3.

It feels very ordinary, the air is humid and the air conditioning system is not in good condition. The price is a big plus. The breakfast was quite delicious and the coffee was very good. Overall, the word "ordinary"

The room is spacious and has a separate living room. It is very comfortable to eat. The room is also very clean. The only thing is that when we first entered the room, the musty smell was a bit strong, maybe because it is an old hotel, but after staying for a long time, the musty smell faded away. I think it’s okay, the breakfast is average, but the meal is supplemented and the meal is received very quickly👍

When I booked a room for the first time, I pressed the wrong time and wrote on the app that I wanted to check out and change the time. Not long after, the hotel staff called to help me check out the room. This is my second time staying at this hotel and I like it very much💕
