Stayed at the room with horizon club access. Nice ambience at the club with canapés from 5.30-7.30pm. Location is right beside the train station and many buses to take from the other side of the train station. Will come back again.

Excellent location next to train station. Clean and big room with good view. Service was excellent and food in the restaurant is good.

The location is really nice, right next to the train station, The rooms are very neat and comfortable. The breakfast is excellent, and the gym facility is spectacular featuring dumbbells and plenty of machines.

The hotel is super near the train station, making it of high accessibility. Meanwhile, the staff are very helpful and polite. Room is spacious and will be cleaned every day. Wonderful experience here. The shower facility is also good. The breakfast at the hotel is very fruitful too. It provides various food including Chinese, *********, Japanese, Thai and western food. In general, it’s an extraordinary experience and would be put on my list for another stay again.

Shangri-La Far Eastern Tainan was a very grand and pleasant hotel. The lobby had a beautiful Christmas tree and they let us check in early. There were 38 floors which was impressive and the room was big and bright. The beds were comfy and the TV had YouTube and Netflix with many other channels. However, there was some dust on the cupboards and the sofa bed needed money to be turned into a bed. There were many food places near the hotel as well. But go to Anping, Garden night market or Da Tung night market need to take taxi. Overall, Shangri-La Far Eastern Tainan was enjoyable for my family.

Overall experience is pretty good, hotel is pretty old but it is generally clean and neat, and the service is great.

Walking distance to the train station, in the town centre, beautiful skyline and seaview, with best service.

Hotel people are nice and helping. Room is spacious with two king size beds, and gives a great view of Tainan city. Location is steps away from train station, but need a transport to get to town, because of site construction blockage. Recommended.

Hotel has 5 stars standard. Room is big. Comfortable. Hotel is connected to a mall which has some nice food at the basement foodcourt. Location is not an issue if u use a cab.
