Service was amazing, staff are all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast choices are pretty good with letting you choose either a Western or Chinese style buffet breakfast. Room is clean and with a nice view of Tainan City (was on 12th floor).

We enjoyed our stay at Silks Place Tainan and the room was comfortable and spacious. The hotel staffs were helpful and friendly. Recommended!

Second time staying at Silk Place Tainan, the service is good as usual, just that there isnβt much local food around the hotel

Itβs a bit old. Some of the staff members at the front desk are also cold when replying questions. The hotel overall does not seem to be a five star one.

Fantastic stay at Silks Place, we particularly enjoyed the very spacious rooms, free fruits/tea in the room as well as the heated outdoor pool and the roomy gym.
